Don't use this firm. They took my money, said the flowers had been shipped, but they never turned up. They won't reply to my e-mails and phone calls. I had to order fresh flowers at the last minute, which turned out to look ten times better for the same price. Am reporting them to Trading Standards.

I bought a set of flowers for our wedding and they were perfect! It was such a great experience purchasing from them, I will go back for every single one of my flowers. Honestly, buying silk flowers were such a life saver because before we bought natural flowers and they wilted with leaves and petals falling off before the ceremony. It was terrible. Silk Blooms' silk flowers helped ease our stress so much. Their prices and service was great, nothing but nice things to say about them.

I recieved my bridal, bridesmaid and ladies flowers from this site on Tuesday, and was dissapointed with all but the ladies corsage's (stunning), after emailing them they told me to send them back including a note of exactly what was wrong, on Wed. I did just that, today (sat.) I have recieved them back and they are STUNNING! This company has a customer service dept. that is second to none! I would recomend them to anyone
