We've been using S&S for few years now and all I can say about them is "I love them!". We thought we had an issue with them regarding the weight of one package but actually we were wrong. Even if there is some delay it does not happen that often and it is never for too long, so I do not see that as a reason to be unhappy with them. As long as all my packages arrive to our home and they always arrive in perfect condition I can only be happy with S&S. I guess sometimes all you need is just a little bit of patience with them.

I subscribed for the FLEX membership plan and asked for a refund in the same day when I found out their US address is located in a state with sales tax.

Their FAQ page says, "If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to claim for a refund within the first 1 month of your FLEX membership."

I have submitted a request for a refund on 26/01/23 and they have closed my request on 01/02/23 with no response! I have submitted another request asking for the reason why they are not responding but it still open since 4 days ago.

I had a parcel which was supposed to be sent through shop&ship but they refused to send it due to some reason. Then till date i have been trying to contact them and get another agent to collect and send to me but unfortunately there is no one traceable and contact number does not pickup the phone. Very unprofessional attitude. I have been working with them since last 15years and now they seem to be very unresponsive. Every time there is new person who sends an email.

A bunch of incompetent people. The customer service is made of individuals that rather than solving the issues are going to fool and lie to you. They promise to open complaints and call you back. NEVER HAPPENED. I have placed multiple orders with them and none of the delivery went smooth. Unable to deliver to the correct location, unable to deliver on time. They are expensive and they app is not even working correctly. WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM. 8 orders 12 issues, resulting in me calling them 2-3 times a day to follow up.

Can't give it 5 stars yet because I tried it only once, but this once was really good. Quick and very cheap. And my parcel was in perfect conditions.
I will definitely use it again next time!

I have order a pair of slippers less than half a kilo. They have overcharged me for triple the weight.
PLEASE AVOID THEM,I WILL PUT IT AS WELL ON SOCIAL MEDIA SO PEOPLE WILL KNOW TO AVOID

I needed some medical items urgently for a sick patient in Dubai and the items were available in Singapore. I ordered it online and gave the Shop & Ship address of Singapore.
This process was done earlier several times and I never had any issue.
The items were delivered on the 11th if April but I never received any notification from sHop&Ship.
I checked with the company of the medical items and they told me the items were delivered urgently by their driver and sent me proof of delivery with the signature of the Aramex staff as well as the official stamp of Aramex logistics.
I contacted Shp&Ship and received some of the most unacceptable responses which no self-respecting person or company would ever give.
One of the replies by email was exactly worded as this "Even we cannot find your items!" whereas on twitter their staff was more intent on mocking me and kept on repeatedly asking me to show proof delivery in spite of the fact that I uploaded the document several times! Each time this disgusting staff typed the same message with a smirking sarcastic emoticon as if he was mocking me which is totally unacceptable and I will not remain silent on this!
Ultimately it was through my own earnest efforts by contacting the office in Singapore and reaching out to their VIP office manager that they did find the items and dispatched it by Aramex. It was clearly a major lapse on their part.
Needless to say, the items arrived too late and the patient's condition worsened due to this mess and I have a supporting medical report to testify this matter as well.
Not at any time did I feel I got any support from their team either by email or social media platforms and this warrants a legal complaint specially upon their staff who mocked me repeatedly by asking for proof of delivery even though the proof was sent.

I moved countries and tried to update my shop and ship details. Customer support kept closing my tickets without doing anything, after a week they just cancelled my account apparently to stop me raising any new tickets. I can't create a new account because their system says my email is associated with an existing account.

Absolutely abysmal experience with Shop and Ship! Initially, their website presented a seemingly reasonable 80 dirham shipping cost. To my dismay, they demanded an unexpected 250 dirhams extra, citing a 'maximum package value' clause in the FAQ, which felt very deceptive. Two weeks passed with no word, until they asked for the initial 80 dirhams. To add insult to injury, they hit me with an inexplicable 500 dirhams tax, allegedly mentioned in a hidden corner of their FAQ. Despite enduring a month of confusing back-and-forth and paying all the arbitrary fees, my package was delivered to an unselected location. The lack of clear directions made finding it a nightmare. Moreover, the absence of an online payment system forced me to visit Aramex in person multiple times, further adding to the inconvenience. It felt as if they were holding my package hostage, with threats of destruction if I didn't comply. Please, avoid this service. It's a labyrinth of hidden costs and poor service, seemingly designed to cheat customers out of their money.

They will keep your stuff if they so desire. Their customer service is non-existent. You have to chase them on social media and still you'll get automatic responses when it suits them. My shipment was supposed to be two boxes but it never arrived to my mailbox and when I chased them, they said they only found one box. The other has been lost in the limbo or more accurately is being used by someone over there. Bunch of thieves. Believe the reviews and don't use them especially for expensive orders. I lost nearly $190 worth of stuff, don't repeat my mistake.

Wrote a review on Trust Pilot about Aramex too. Parcel sent to PO Box recorded delivery 30 days ago, tried Phoning, Emails, Twitter, FB Messenger to find anyone to help, hopeless.If anyone knows anyone whatsoever at Aramex who does anything to help anybody with anything ever, please post it here with contact details as I was posting to an actual customer but can warn everyone to never deal with them unless they never want to see it or hear from them again!

I used to use shop & ship very regularly when I used to live in Dubai. I moved to India since 2019 and used shop & ship 2-3 times. All the time I ended up facing issues with customer service. They charged me too high for importing. Also their customer service is very rude always try to put the blame on the customer for delay, high import charge etc. The team in India is very un-professional. I strongly recommend not to use shop & ship if you live in India.

Imagine this. They got rid of my package saying they cannot ship it. I instructed them to ship it to another us address and these scammers never replied to any of my email. Literally zero emails were sent of basic questions like where is my package and this has been the case for more than a month now. I will include a photo. You guys if you are in the US and you got scammed by them please sue them. This needs to stop. Lost so much money and time.

A minha encomenda foi entregue a eles no dia 30 de Dezembro e só foi actualizado na minha conta no dia 4, após inserção da encomenda na conta, solicitaram uma factura que foi adicionada na mesma manhã. Hoje, final do dia 5 eles ainda não reviram a factura. Ainda não paguei o envio da encomenda por atraso na parte da S&S, mas pelas reviews que vejo aqui, creio que será uma lástima. Só respostas automáticas aos meus e-mails.

Já estava habituado a MyUS, é caro mas é mais, célere, eficiente e eficaz, de longe melhor que o Shop&Ship. Vou fechar a minha conta na S&S e voltar a MyUs.

Não adiram só pelo preço, atendimento ao cliente, celeridade no actualização da encomenda na conta, verificação da factura....é péssimo.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Shopandship lost my package, or a staff stole it, I have been sent the signed certificate of delivery to the Aramex warehouse. Shopandship won't accept responsibility so they won't grant me any kind of compensation. The frustration of always having to deal with "customer services" head office in the middle east somewhere, completely on the other side of the globe of where my parcel was lost will knock off days from your life. Shopandship won't refund me, the seller won't refund me because they have a signed delivery certificate that shows it was delivered at a shopandship warehouse, my credit card company tells me to ask Shopandship. Oh yeh, Shopandship had the audacity to tell me to contact the seller to request him send another item. All in all I am out of pocket for something I stupidly trusted shopandship to deliver.

My recommendation: Find a store that will deliver to your country or ask someone to buy it when they go abroad. This is surely why you need a freight fowarding service to begin with, right? The hassle and stress is not worth it!

I shipped a package with this people they received it in the USA sent be the bill to pay for the final shipment and deliver to UAE which I paid since 4th feb today is 15th of March I still have not received my package with no explanations from them. I was just told my package is missing and they do not refund.

Ordered 3 packets of goat milk from Australia and had them delivered via Aramex' Shop and Ship. I was out with my daughter on the day the package was delivered and did not hear the miss call (there was only one at 11:41). At 15:00, I arrived home and found the items in the heat outside my door. It's August 20th and the temperature is 46 degrees. We also had our nanny at home in addition to my wife. All it would take is someone to ring the bell and the package will be taken.

After calling to complain, I was met with the attitude of the employee at the call center. I asked to speak with the supervisor (Majdaline) to hear that my items were not damaged, so what is the problem? By the way she also said that if the item is damaged they would refund. In other words, they only think they are finished once they refund you the money. Bringing the same item back takes 15 to 20 days. It is not even considered what my daughter will drink all this time. Your perishable items may be damaged, but the money is refunded, so what's the problem? This is the attitude.

This company does a good job of what they market themselves to do. The only issue I had with them was customer service in case of a delay or for whatever reason you need to contact them. But I found out that you can get a fairly quick response and help if you contact their global aramex customer service email. I have had a few hiccups but I am giving 5 stars anyway because they always deliver! And under normal circumstances it's really fast!

EDIT: I had to remove 2 stars because the customer service is so bad

Scam.
Please avoid.
They stole my product and never delivered. All they did was come up with drummed up Customs charges based on an over 500% overestimation of the value of my item.
Absolute frauds here, and they will confiscate your products if it's valuable and use it for themselves.
Please avoid. You were warned.
When you read their reviews on Trustpilot you'll see that literally none of their customers has anything good to say about them.
They CANNOT be trusted, and will NOT deliver your item, I made the gross mistake of transacting with them.
I have two shipments I sought to forward through them. I have lost money, and did not receive my product.
You should AVOID their parent company, Aramex, all subsidiaries like ShopandShip, and any and all of their affiliate companies.

Hidden costs, fake promises and shipment never reaches you. If, after receiving many fake promises by their team you decide to return the item to the seller, they charge you more than the item cost itself. I lost around 100 EUR for two deliveries which never reached me. Unprofessional liars! Shameful! Going to report them because they charged me and did not deliver the service.

The worst shipping company I have ever experienced. Arrogant staff, trying to screw me every time I use their crappy services, very high charges with no consistency at all for sane shipment recurring over and over again. Last attempt to screw me this time: a pair of sunglasses with a weight of 80lbs (!), and they are requesting me to pay AED 1,366.00 as shipping charges! The real weight should not be more than 400g. I am still contesting the case, and I have submitted a complaint to Dubai Consumer Rights. Definitely I will not use this company anymore, and I strongly recommend not to use their services.

I have had a shop and ship account since 2013
I started in Dubai then moved to India
Recently I moved back to Dubai and wanted to change the address back to Dubai
I couldn't edit it on the site itself, tried contacting S&S through email, on their website, instagram and facebook
They do not have any contact number
Do not respond, even though I told them I have an expensive shipment that was sent to my address in UK.
It was a free lifetime account. They deactivated it, my money and items are lost
And now they are asking me to sign up to the premium membership

Complete lack of ethics, customer service or anything
Horrible horrible people
