Has shop.brando closed down or gone bankrupty. As I placed an oder with them in December and only part has arrived. When I have tried to e-mail them I have had no response. Is there anyway I can get my money back

It's been quite a while - you could call your credit card company and ask about a chargeback, but I'm not sure if they'll say that you waited to long. Give it a try, however.
