I took a chance ordering as I had seen some negative reviews. I ordered Under Armour men's shoes and received them in two days! An email confirmation was sent soon after I placed the order. The shoes are perfect and came with free shipping. I'm going to place another order soon!

The "free store pickup" option for online order is tricky. It keeps saying "we can't find any store...", even if you enter exactly the zip code of the store. Meaning they force you to pick other options to charge you for shipping. Company that scams consumers like that is shameless, not trustworthy and not worth to shop. So, I stopped the order.

The "free store pickup" option for online order is tricky. It keeps saying "we can't find any store...", even if you enter exactly the zip code of the store. Meaning they force you to pick other options to charge you for shipping.
Company that scams consumers like that is shameless, not trustworthy and not worth to shop.
So, I stopped the order.

I purchase shoes for needy kids going back to school. I purchased 2 pair and then was banned from buying any more shoes! They cancelled my orders saying they are not a wholesale distributor. I wasn't paying wholesale. I was paying full retail price! For this, many kids will not have the shoes I promised them for back to school. This company must not want to make sales?

I wonder what the CEO and CFO thinks about customer service blocking thousands of dollars in sales?

Will never order from them again! Paid for 2 day shipping I have no way of tracking my package couldnt get through to the phone number provided left a message never got a call back. I emailed the customer service somebody emailed me back saying the package is out for delivery today. No apologies no offer to refund my 2 day shipping after going on 4 days! Hopefully I will even receive the shoes I paid 160 for. I don't recommend buying online from this store

Ordered 2 pairs of boots on May 31 and they was supposed to be delivered June 3rd but I received someone else's shoes! On top of that having to put up with weeks of not receiving my shoes. My shoes were sent to different locations and still haven't received them they also haven't given a tracking number so needless to say I will never order online again!

Starts off ok but they will change.if corp get involved they will.assume you stealing on giving out fake numbers. Watch you back cause. Someone is always coming for. You will.lucky if you get hrs

I purchased the 2 day shipping which was over 20 bucks compared to the 8 dollar standard shipping and now they keep pushing my delivery date it was suppose to be on Tuesday then Wednesday and now they say Thursday so much for but the quick shipping when I could of purchased standard and probably got them quicker. I will not be ordering from this company again

Sent me 4E shoes whren I ordered 2E. Doesn't say on the box, but clearly molded into the sole "4E" Wore them to the doctor's today for the first time. Way too loose as they are much wider than my size. Original box has been thrown out and no returns without the box. Even though it is their fault for sending wrong width.

Only stock smaller shoe sizes. Larger sizes must be ordered and sent via snail mail. If the USPS botches the delivery they refuse to sell to you. Upon saying something their customer services decides to argue about it and demand I find some one else to help me because it is a liability for them to give me what I paid for. I will never shop at their local store or attempt to order anything from them because of this.

While shopping for shoes with four boys in the San angelo tx location Lamont clay a sales rep for the store took a hundred percent of the stress out of shopping for our 4 boys he was professional well knowledgeable in the shoes we need and other shoes helped us get the correct sizes when we were wrong about the sizes so please see Lamont at the San angelo tx location if you really ant a #1 outstanding salesman

My son got these shoes for Christmas only wore for 2 months not even everyday. They still look brand new. I went to store to see about replacing them. They told me to contact customer service. We I talked to them about it they were very nice and accommodating said they would take care of it and get them replaced. I sent them pictures of shoes. I then receive and email stating that they cannot find that exact shoe anywhere and beings I don't have a receipt there is Nothing they can do. I emailed customer service back and said I would love to get her a receipt, but don't have one. They were purchased for $55 dollars. It has now been 2 days and no response from them. Ridiculous... Very unprofessional. I rate them zero

I ordered a pair of men's size 9 shoes for a little over $20.
They sent me a women's size 9 (men's 7).
I followed their instructions about returning the item.
The price to ship the shoes back to "SHOE SHOW" via USPS was $14.50.
Shoe Show eventually refunded the money for the shoes which was about $20.
I called them to follow up if and when I would receive the reimbursement for the shipping fee.
I explained that they sent me the wrong size and I didn't even want the reimbursement, I just wanted the correct shoe size.
I told the gentleman at SHOE SHOW that I returned the shoes, they reimbursed the price of the shoes, and I basically just paid $14.50 to USPS to ship the shoes back to Shoe Show ( I basically lost $14.50. ALMOST THE COST OF THE SHOES) because of their mistake.
The person I spoke with told me they would look into it.
Lo and behold, I never heard back from them again.

I saw mixed reviews on this site and decided to take a chance anyway. Glad I did. Promised myself I would leave a positive review if it all worked out. Exceeded my expectations!

I have had free shipping on prior orders but now it's Mega shipping charge. My order I want to place is $150 so shipping should be no charge!

I HAD to write this review after I almost let the bad reviews stop me from ordering. After doing a lot of digging, most bad reviews are about shipping delays caused by the carrier, nothing this store has control of. I ordered my shoes at a great price, they were shipped out the SAME day, and arrived the next. The shoes were new and great. Honestly will be ordering my shoes from them now!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and a pair and a 10 pair of socks. The next day I got an email saying that my order was canceled. I called they said it was canceled because they had neither item in stock. After a couple days of calling them back and they keep telling me that my payment will be on my card within 5 to 10 business days. Well it's day 10! So I called today and another woman told me the real reason that my order was canceled was because I used multiple different MasterCard gift cards. On their website it even allows you to use multiple types of payment it asks specifically if you want to use multiple types of payment. In this day and age can you believe that a.com canceled an order because you paid with a couple different gift cards. Blows my mind don't ever order from this company they are a complete joke. They do not stand behind their items. Their customer service is s*** their prices must be so cheap because they steal money from other people. And their items probably aren't even real.

Tip for consumers:
Just do not shop at shoeshow.com or Shoe Carnival or any of those you companies you know which ones they are.

I tried purchasing a pair of Nike Revolution 5 men's size 10 and a 10 pair of socks and they said they were out of both items. But then they told me the real reason was because I paid with multiple Master cards when even on their website it allows you to pay with multiple cards.

Paid $22.95 on Saturday for next day service, but didn't get next day. Called customer service and was told if ordered on the weekend it would be on Monday. Said it stated that on the website, but never saw that anywhere. Only saw next day at checkout. Was only given a half refund on the next day service, and still don't have shoes.

Very disappointed! I was promised Free Delivery. The physical store placed the order as they did not have my size. The store clerk assured me Free Shipping! The site shipped To the Post Office instead of UPS. My rural address Always receives from UPS. I was charged and extra $8.70 for shipping and they declined to refund me. I will NEVER buy from them again!

Ordered a new pair of Columbia snow boots and they sent me two right boots.

Two different sizes too. There are many other great options for online shoe shopping- steer clear of these clowns.

After reading reviews I'm sure she'll I was very nervous at first to buy my Timberlands from them thinking it was a scam because of a lot of bad reviews and that the boots that I wanted was at least $50 cheaper than all other stores. I took the chance and bought them and I'm very very satisfied with everything from delivery 2 box opening. Definitely use this site again.

Skeptical after reading some poor reviews but this store had a pair on Nike sneakers from 2018. Couldn't find my size anywhere else but here. I was trying to replace the same shoe that was worn out. I love them so I gave it a try and the shoes arrived in 3 days. I was given a tracking number to follow also. The email was in my junk mail though. Shoes are the correct size and there was a form included had I wanted to return them. I would most definitely buy from here again.

I visited the store in Concord NC to make purchase on Feb14th using a visa debit. Two day later I returned purchased. A visiting manager insisted a had to put it back on the card that I used which was cash app. He said because it's a family owned store they don't not give it back in cash although it was debit. Needles to say cash app is stating as if today the refund has not been refunded from their end. I'm still awaiting a call back from manager today from your customer service dept. please do not use your debit card at a location that refuses to give it back to you as quickly as they took it from your account. Which always instantly! I will be further contacting channel 9 to make people aware of the service I have endured. Oh by the way I have receipts!
