I ordered a pair of sneakers and paid immediately via paypal since thats the only way you can pay. I received a confirmation right away and the email said that the sneakers would be mailed within 2 days. After a few days, I emailed customer service to find out when the sneakers would be shipped and they asked me to forward my confirmation email to them. They didn't even know I had purchased or paid for a pair of sneakers. Then they tell me the sneakers were sent to "post" and I would receive a tracking number. 1 day shy of 2 weeks after I bought the sneakers, they finally email me to say they mailed my sneakers and they should arrive within 5 to 7 days. Then they give me a tracking number and tell me to wait 1-2 days before I can view it. 5 days later, I can FINALLY view the tracking number and the sneakers are still in the same place as they were on the day of shipment. So the 5 to 7 days for receipt of sneakers is a total lie. Customer service does not respond timely nor do they answer your questions when they do respond. Prices are not even that good on the website. The only bonus is that it's free shipping - this is why - takes a month to get what you ordered. Stay away!

Bobby K. I'm always a little scared of sites that only use paypal for this very reason. Try calling paypal and getting a refund through them, though others have not been that successful
T N. holy cow, that's some runaround! wait, did you actually get the sneakers in the end?
Rebecca D. nope haven't gotten the sneakers and customer service will no longer respond to my emails. I am going to try and get a refund from paypal.

Robert D. No doubt Rebecca, after this is all done you'll want to do a review of paypal as well. Here's hoping you get your shoes. I'm still going round-and-round with a site over a pair of boots and $260+ ... If i ever get the correct boots it'll be 6 months from ordering or more. First real problem I've ever had in 15 years of doing business on the internet, disappointing to say the least.
