Worst online experience i have ever had. My item was lost during shipping, SC then promised a re-send, and then no reply since... and then i tried another email from their website (which is *******@shermancarter.com), they replied but they again failed to get me a good decent reply on how to settle me down - I paid my money in late Oct, 2014 and I still do NOT get my item now in Feb 2015.

God awful chinese rubbish, theres a reason its shown on mannequins not real models, one layer of fleece material with everything just sewn on, the design is made entirely to look good online, also, if you do want something, its asian sizes, i got xxxl and I'm 6ft well built but was still far too small, especially at the back. Took ages to arrive, was very dissapointed because if they just put a bit of effort in, these could be really nice clothes :(

Scamming site; orders are sent from China, extremely poor quality (buttons fall off straight out of the packaging), sizes are completely off what you would expect, takes a month to deliver. Avoid at all costs.

Awesome style clothes, I ordered 4 items all in the XL (I'm in Australia). I did pay special attention the the sizing chart to make sure I was clear on my size. The items arrived after about 3.5 weeks - this was a little long, but the prices are great so that makes it ok. If I was in a rush, I could have taken the express shipping options to get it in around a week and a half. The clothes look pretty much as they do on the site - the colours maybe slightly less vibrant. The fit is tight - slim fit clothes. Love it, will order again in about 3 months when my wardrobe is ready for more.

A week after ordering I still hadn't received shipping information, so I requested a cancellation and refund and credit where it is due, Sherman Carter replied that my order had been cancelled and my refund would be processed within a week.

Clearly not as advertised, the give the impression of good quality clothing and then you receive poorly put together articles that look nothing like the pictures on the site. I ordered a Boss Jacket (that looks like a womens jacket to be honest) and a Bauer Blazer (which is like a t-shirt fabric)

The whole feel of the site is that you are getting quality stuff for heavily discounted prices, then you get it and it's discount items at a heavy price.

Can I give less than one star? I would love to review on the quality of the clothes, only I haven't recieved my item that I ordered over a month ago! When I tried contacting customer service all they said was item can take up to 45 days. Nothing else. They have $#*!ty customer service skills. And from other things I've read, they probably have $#*!ty clothes. Word of advice, order from Amazon.com or another reliable site! Save yourself money and frustration!

I just got my sherman carter jackets and they are completely not what i had in mind.

1. materials are complete crap, for a nice going out jacket, they use material that is used for what we dry ourselves with. Its $#*!tier than a crappy bathrobe
2. The fitting is horrible, its nothing like what is shown in the pictures
3. If you want to build a brand, the least you could do is put your own tags on it as suppose to the chinese manufcaturer who helps you do this. It's a complete scam, they just go around finding manufacturers and help them use a foreign name to sell and take a big cut in between.

My conclusion is: it doesn't matter if it is from china, coz everything is made in china. But what pissed me off is the lack of attention to details, $#*!ty customer service and quality of product is just horrible.

If you want a cheap Chinese costume piece for an 8 year old boy, order a 3XL, and you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, skip this company. They don't do what they say, they don't deliver what they sell, and they don't respond to email. Guess I'll cut a hole in the back of this hoodie and keep my pug warm this winter.

Terrible quality, terrible sizing. Might be an "international company", but everything is sourced from China.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I bought a hoodie for my son and was so disappointed. The quality was horrific and the sizing is a joke. Who are these supposed to fit? Do not buy anything from Sherman Carter. I don't know how they stay in business. I give zero stars as my rating.

Just bad quality. Avoid at all cost! Poor quality clothes and not entirely free shipping. Scamming webpage

Still 2 months and waiting for my refund

Don't buy a Sherman Carter! The sizing the quality and the customer servcie is really bad! I got the wrong color and the wrong size and the wanted to send the item back at my cost. I wish there would be less than 1 star to give! Though the shipping time was okay.

I ordered an item in October, and didn't received any notice of late delivery.
It was more than 45 days. I asked for refund, and they said they will process my request of refund. Again, I didn't receive any response. After 5 MONTHS later!, I received the ordered item. I already talked to the company that I don't want the item any more, but I just want REFUND. Now they are saying they cannot give me refund because I got the item 5 months later after I ordered. I talked to one of support agency, Alice, "You said You are processing my refund. I didn't receive any refund, but the order item which I never wanted." And she said" I did what you asked for." I HONESTLY THINK NOBODY HAS BRAIN IN THE COMPANY.

The clothes is utter crap. I was very excited for it to come, and when it did, I was shocked at how bad it was.
1. There is no sale. The sale does not end, it's always the same prices. It's just a lie for you to buy the clothes faster.
2. The clothes looks amazing in the pictures. Well, it's not. They're very thin, I was freezing when I wore them. It's like going out shirtless. The colors are crap. And look nothing like the pictures
3. The clothes are not from "Sherman Carter", the tags on them are from a different brand.
4. You can't put on the hood of the jackets and hoodies comfortably.
5. THE POCKETS ARE FAKE.
6. THE BUTTONS ARE FAKE.
7. THE ZIPPERS IS $#*!.
8. Most reviews on this website are probably fake too. Since, "so many people buy these" but there's one review on each "product". By someone with the last name of Grey.
DO NOT BUY FROM SHERMAN CARTER. YOU'RE ONLY WASTING MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE!

Bought it online and had read these reviews, but also saw an article that they had improved their quality and performance., i figured for under $50 with a returns policy, couldn't realy lose.
