I ordered from this site a few times and i didnt have a problem. I got my timberland Boots as expected the only thing is when your ordering shoes if you are a size 7 you have to go with an 8 cause its different sizing in a different country but the clothes are all the same theres no difference in them!

Its a really good site.
If you want cool and nice looking cloths for a reasonable price buy from there you to.
I have bought from it now 4 times and had no problems at all.

I ordered and paid for order via paypal over a month ago! I have tried to contact this company through their online email form. At first they were communicating with me, then all of a sudden they stated that my order was not paid for and that this is what the hold up was. I sent them a copy of the actual paypal transaction stating paid and cleared and I have yet to hear from them! I have initiated a claim in paypal so hopefully I will get my money back, but buyer BEWARE! Their customer service sucks and you may be getting ripped off if you pay by paypal as it seems they don't understand how paypal works or something! I am just furious with this company

Sorry but I don't get it. Why would anyone want to trade here? It's as phony as they come, sells only Chinese fakes and trades as a number of equally dodgy ventures under different names. There must be better ways to do business, surely?

I have ordered from them twice and had no problems. The order was correct and we received it in about 7-10 days.

The web graphics are good. They messed up on my order. I order 12 pair of shoes and the sizes were off. They also split my shipment into 2 orders 2 weeks apart. I asked for a refund because the shoes werent right from the first half of the order and they made up every excuse why they couldnt give it back. They also lied to me repeatedly and to add insult to injury. When I got the second box of shoes I emailed and thoroughly let them know how I felt. They sent me an email back asking for money. So I would never recommend this site to anyone.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER THE F'D UP MY ORDER AND TOOK 5 MONTHS TO SHIP MY ITEM

I have been ordering from Sghgate for over a year. I have never had a problem, although I have been waitng on my last order for almost two weeks. Considering I placed my order during the Chinese New Year one can over look the delay.
