DO NOT USE THEM! They are NOT organic, they do not honor the 30 day hassle free guarantee. That's why they only take cash. For 30 days they say they call back but never do - terrible people, especially Michael, the manager. It took over 5 days for the carpet to dry on June 9, 2011 and I have water damage in several areas of the berber carpet. They won't return phone calls and hang up when they answer. We are filing a BBB claim but better to warn others not to go through what we did. But I just heard they do not have a physical address so might not go through.

If they were good we would have used them all the time and we were nice and understanding for 5 weeks but they are just being rude and deceitful. We even paid more so he would do a great job. It ended up being the worst experience we ever had with a business. That's what we get for using the internet not a friend!
