I wish I'd done some homework before I ordered. I asked on this site but no one had reviewed serenata so I assumed it would be OK. How wrong. I ordered two bunches of flowers for my mum and my Grandma after my Grandad died. Only when they didn't turn up did I investigate further and find this link; http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews99677.html Basicallay sounds like crap service and crap product. Looks like I've been conned again. I think my days of internet shopping are over, there are so many cowboys out there I think I'll stick to the high street from now on.
