I sent them my undamaged laptop in the original manufacturers packaging. The same packaging that the manufacturer used to deliver it to me from half way round the world. The packaging included big polystyrene lumps that slot over each end. I had also upgraded windows from 7 to 8.1 with the update.
After it arrived at Sell Your Laptop they reduced their quote by £66 saying that it was damaged on one corner and that it only had windows 7 on it.
I asked them to email me photographs of the Laptop damage and the packaging but none were forthcoming.

After a promising and professional start i. E. offer, box sent out, email to say they received laptop another with a revised offer as person I'm doing this for got confused about date of laptop, offer excepted and just checked website it is saying sale complete. Still no sign of payment sorry sell your laptop no excuse for this. Looking at the other reviews it's starting to be a problem. Maybe need to start looking into more staff dealing with payments before people start to get fed up and take legal action..
