Beware, this is fraud website. I paid for Ab-Circle Pro more than a month ago and they have not been replying to any of my emails when i ask for delivery. Thier phone no. does not work at all. Please save your hard earned money from these croocks
Don't use thus website. Paid for ab circle pro on 7 April and not received any goods and they have now stopped communicating with me. I've raised a dispute with paypal. Don't go near them!!!! They also seem to be linked to via-tv.co.uk that are just as bad!!
Same here. They're scum. Promised to deliver in 5 days, but nothing and they won't answer emails. Don't worry, Karma's a biaaatch.
Same here. Hvae had emails saying it is out of stock and is back in this week.They include and email address for cancelling but noone replies. Havw already spokent to credit card company who say that if no goos in 30 days from date of order I am protected so will get money back . can't believe this site and viatv.co.uk are still allowed to operate as clearly they have conned a lot of people!!!
I ordered hangers on the 5th of May with 5 day delivery. I have been charged but no goods. I cannot get through to the company via email or telephone. What is going on!
hi i ordered an ab circle pro exercise machine on the 10th of april ant they said it will take 5 days but it never came so i emailed them and they said it is out of stock and will be 2 weeks but i can have a free shake weight, so i waited and i am still waiting over a month later and they won't email back i have took the matter up with paypal
Same here, ordered on the same day as you and have had the same response. just contacted Paypal but I am one day past the 45 day deadline.

What sort of a machine did you order? Did you pay with a credit card or some other type of payment method that will let you get a refund? I hope so!
the same happened to me ordered money taken and no exercise machine no nothing.

I also ordered an exercise machine (ab circle pro) and haven't received anything or had any emails other than a paypal receipt. I ordered it in 7 April and when I didn't get anything I phoned them. They said it wS out of stock and they could deliver at beginning of may. I've still not had any emails or calls so i emailed them on Tuesday and they have not replied. Ive also noticed they have taken the uk phone number off their website....very suspicious!!
TRACEY W ordered ab circle pro money taken on 27th April from bank account no email to let me know about delivery, have sent emails no reply i regret making the purchase normally only order from well known stores, as you say Laura it is very suspicious, i also have a very disapointed daughter who wanted this as a birthday present.
I ordered a paint sprayer on 1st May, money was taken on my credit card via Worldpay on same date and I have not received any confirmation e-mails or goods! They have not replied to e-mails, their on-line query form doesn't work, and there is no UK telephone number. On further investigation I see they are registered in Portugal - and I now suspect they are no longer trading. I contacted my credit card company and they said they can take the money back after 30 days if I have not received the goods, so not to worry. Suggest you all contact your credit card companies and do the same.
Paid by Debit card not credit card so not sure if i will get any refund. have phoned my bank have been told i can phone back after 18 days and it will be taken up with fraud department. Good luck to you all hope you get your refunds/
What number did you call them on? I have ordered some knives, I got an email 10 days ago saying delivery will be either 13tg or 16th may. Nothing here!!! Very annoyed!
Dan, as far as I can see there is no longer any number to call as the one shown on website appears to be an overseas number and doesn't connect! I still have had no response to e-mails sent to the two addresses shown on their 'contact us' page!
I am having difficulties in sending emails too. The method on their website goes to an unknown page, I havent received a relply yet from their actual email address. I have tried calling the paradise living number, as it is them who have taken the money from my account, this is an 0871 number @ 10p/min but no answer!! I'm getting a bit irritated by this now. What are you thinking as a next move???
When my 30 days is up I am ringing my credit card company who have assured me they will be able to claw the money back through the banking system. I don't know where you stand if you used a debit card though. Just to be on the safe side I also e-mailed seenontvdirect stating that I am cancelling my order and require a refund due to non-delivery, as we do have rights under distance selling regulations (see also their terms and conditions). Have now ordered similar item from JML direct and it arrived within two days! Wish I had done that in the first place! Good Luck everyone!
My knives finally came today, although they have still not answered any of my emails, their phone numbers don't connect. Absolutely awful company, I will not be doing business with them again!!! Good luck all.

UPDATE: I received my paint sprayer yesterday 20/5/11, three weeks after they took payment. They did not respond to any of my e-mails so I told them via e-mail my order is cancelled and now its turned up!!! Trouble is I've since purchased one from JML!
I am now going to attempt to return the item as I had already e-mailed them that I was cancelling my order. Trouble is what I my chances of getting a refund?!!!
