I´m from Germany, I´m sorry, but I can only write in german:

anfang Februar bestellten wir ein Paar Fußballschuhe für unseren Sohn; die Bestellung bekamen wir auch prompt bestätigt, leider kam dann einen Monat lang keine Ware und keine Mail...

Anfang März fragten wir an, wo die Schuhe bleiben und bekamen die Antwort, dass die Ware noch nicht eingetroffen ist, aber sobald nach Eintreffen an uns ´rausgeht...

Mitte März fragten wir an, wann die Schuhe kämen, aber nicht passierte, keine Ware, keine Mail.

Ende März schrieben wir nochmal, bekamen eine Woche später die Antwort, dass die Schuhe nicht "an uns verteilt" worden sind, was auch immer das heisst...

"Prodirectsport.com" können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen,raten allen von einem "Kauf" ab...

mein Bekanter steht vor dem gleichen problem, er sitz im Ausland und Bittet mich um Hilfe weill er die Bestellte Ware nicht bekommen hatt.
Wie haben Sie das problem gelöst, und haben Sie Ihr Geld zurück bekommen?

Hi, This is a very worst web sale i have ever seen in U.K no answer customer service telephone no, no answer for e-mail totally no contact it really a nightmare after being charged from the card. They have given a option of cancelling the items before despatch i don't know whether it works or not but i have cancelled just now and i am writing this. So please be aware about this site better avoid this web site i am really really terribly gone mad and sick after ordering from them. They don't make the stock availability visible and after orderign they make us wait as long as want and the product is manufactured in any alien island and reaches them.....please avoid and try to go through this website which is full of historic stories of them .....
