Taking orders on items (Big Shot Pro) they do not have and haven't refunded my money (£225) a week later - no contact to tell me they didn't have the product and avoiding my phone calls.

T N. wow, that's a lot of money too. did scrappy cat crafts tell you they'd get the item and send it to you when it's in stock? when did this all happen, and how did you pay them?

When my refund didn't come thru I went onto their site and was able to put 9999 of these items into my basket at a cost of about a quarter of a million quid!! yet they had none!!! I think they should have had OUT OF STOCK on their site. I think the £250,000 potential sale prompted my refund. Taking people's money like that should be illegal if it's not already.
I got a great deal from CuttingEdgeCrafts and the Big Shot Pro was delivered the following day!! - a great service from them and all their stuff is free delivery too!!
