Working on a student history paper or supporting your kids doing their homework? http://www.schoolhistory.co.uk is well laid out and organised with clear topic lines and good links. From the Romans to the Cold War and Vietnam, there are the predictable WW1 / WW2 / Nazi Germany topics but also sections on the Women's Movement, Civil Right, Native Americans, Agriculture and Medicine amongst many others. Primarily targeted at students from primary up to secondary (age 4 to 18) it offers solid information that would serve quite a few university students quite well for basic reviews of history topics.
Check out the interactive diagrams to help you get started on planning a paper -http://www.schoolhistory.co.uk/diagrams/ A good resource for helping students understand the key points of the topic and organising their thoughts to answer essay questions. Helpful.

Bobby K. Great review and I have seen so many kids getting scammed by all of these essay writing sites, we should make sure sites like this get the attention it deserves. I am voting you up and I hope others do to.
K D. Thanks!
Chris O. When I was at school in England a ridiculously long time ago, some of these subjects weren't even taught. It's hopeful that kids are being offered the chance to broaden their understanding of the world, even if only a little.
Here in California I have encountered one school-age kid who knew only that the USA had been involved in the one war ever, which was "The Hippie War", though he didn't know who won. And I met an ex-policeman who didn't know for sure whether England was a country. He carried a big gun, though, so that was just fine with me.
