Part of the Scentmall scam system - see full comments listed under scentmall.net They operate several websites including scentmallcatalog.com All are scam sites. They will either deliver nothing or occasionally ship fake rubbish. Check on google with 'scentmall' plus 'scam' or 'fraud' or 'fake' - hundreds of thousands of people have been ripped off. These are major international scammers stealing millions of pounds from people.
after my 18 emails went unanswered over a 2 month period i finally got a reply from them.....as they had seen my review on this site!!! as follows.........

i kindly replied that once i received the perfume that i ordered and i everything was resolved to MY satisfaction, i would....now that email has gone unanswered and that was about 2 weeks ago!!!!

What sort of a voucher I wonder? Don't believe it till the money is back in your account. I too have been waiting 2 months. Email UK European Consumer Centre (ukecc.net) -they know all about them, so do BBC Watchdog. Their phone numbers in the UK are owned by Skype (contactus@skype.net)

Believe it or not, but after sending loads of emails and getting in touch with the various authorities, I received a refund of £35 into my credit card account just before Christmas. I'm still a bit short due to postage and all the wasted calls to the London number and others, but I expected nothing especially as I forgot to get a certificate of posting when I returned the dud Coco Chanel.
I'm experiencing the same situation, none of my emails are being acknowledged and every time I call Im either hung up on or get a busy signal. My luck was slightly better than some of yours, I received my purchase 2 weeks late and it was the wrong perfume. I had only purchased from this site because I found a perfume that has been discontinued and the one I received I could have bought at our local mall!
Guys the only way to get the money back of them is to make a dispute claim with your bank/credit card provider. That is what I have been advised by Santander, and it worked. All you need to do is fill a few pages questionnaire about the transaction, then add copies of any correspondence and also your proof of posting the goods back to scentmall. After three working days I have received money back through my bank- but Haven't stopped there. I also reported the case to Action Fraud in the UK. This is a special department of Police that is dedicated to fighting all kinds of fraud. Let's put a stop to this.

This is a similar experience to mine. Didnt get the Fendi I ordered but a type of Channel. They would not send replacement until I returned it but offered me a voucher. I have been sent a fake perfume. I ordered an Armani Code Eau de Parfum 50ml, and received a 100ml bottle - which doesn't even exist!! Total con. Telephone # doesn't work, and they don't reply to emails. Perfume actually STUNG when i applied it.

Just for your information the website is now scentmall.net and perfumes.bg MAY be linked to this company also!! Almost same website and the Ltd company is the same on both websites... They are a big scam!! If only there was something more we could do!!
I've had trouble with this company since June and never received my perfume. Fobbed off with broken fake scent bottle. Reported them to UK European Consumer Centre who state that it seems that they may be trading fraudulently and a letter was returned undeliverable and emails not answered. They also say that there is some doubt as to the legitimancy of the claims that they are based in Bulgaria! They are passing the information to the relevant authorities in the trader's country! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I got the same response two months ago but nothing has happened
After eighteen months of unanswered correspondence I contacted EC Trading standards in London. about twelve months ago.They persisted and two weeks ago I received half the refund. I contacted EC again and they persisted with their colleagues in Bulgaria and I have now got the refund. Mr Kostandinov also made similar promises of refunds but they never came. Hope this helps.
DON'T BUY FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Ordered one perfume, got a bad copy of Coco Mademoiselle instead. Emailed them and they told me they had to send as they didn't have the perfume i ordered (despite it still showing as in stock on their website) or i could return it. I opened it and discovered it wasn't real so contacted them to say that and that i wanted a refund. They gave me an address to return it to and i have now been waiting for 2 months for a refund which is obviously never going to happen. I have contacted the UK European Consumer Centre who will be looking into this and will also take this further in order to get my refund.
That sucks. Did you try disputing it with your credit card? Did it say that it was real or counterfeit perfume on the website?
The website says 100% genuine, what a joke! I only ordered as they said they had a perfume which i cant get anywhere else. Paid through Moneybookers who can't help as something was delivered. I am waiting for European consumer centre to contact me now.
As already reported on sitejabber, I too ordered Fendi for Women from scentmail and received Coco - I wrote by email and was eventually offered either a voucher or to return which eventually I did. However I am still awaiting the perfume and have lost over 50pounds sterling. All the emails I send to customer support are now returned by the postmaster. It is deadlock. What can I do

The business is apparently a bonafide scam out of Bulgaria, meaning it's unlikely you'll get anything you want. The first thing to do, if you haven't already, is to dispute the charge. just out of interest - did you ever get any money back from this scam? I paid them by debit card and my bank opened a dispute and refunded me after about a month.
Ordered 2 bottles of Dune, 1 bottle turned up after 4 weeks from the middle east! It was a fake. Contacted Scent mall 3 times and they offered to examine my purchase if I footed the bill to send it back. Went to my credit card who refund the money for the lost bottle (more like they never sent it, why would you send 2 bottles to the same address in different parcels?) but the fake bottle I had to send to Cristian Dior and get a written report. Guess what? It was fake. Waiting for credit card company to reimburse. Totally avoid! You might think your getting a good deal but all the hassle and money it has cost me I wish I had known better.

They'll send you both fake and the wrong stuff, and although it doesn't look like it, they are based in Bulgaria. Please report to Watchdog, and to the UK ECC (google it - they know about them) and complain. Google should also take responsibility for displaying the adverts. Don't buy anything from them, you will lose your money.
absolutely appallling - ordered Romance by Ralph Lauren given discount price of £41.07. They immediately took £45.11 out of my account - after e mails of complaint I eventually rec'd a FAKE bottle of Coco Mademoiselle (can these people understand anything at all apart from scamming??)
Have reported them to Chanel - who already know of them and are trying to get them stopped - but they just open up again under another name. They need dragging thru the courts - BLOODY THIEVES!!
I am sorry to say, I have been conned too, but it gets worse!
I was sent the wrong aftershave, after I complained they said please return the package and we will send you the correct aftershave I ordered Jaipur and received Platinum EGOISTE, it is probably a fake too.
The matter that makes all of this worse is that I have contacted Mastercard and they say to me, get it authenticated by a trader that the goods I received are wrong, I did this.
Subsequently Mastercard say, please return it, get proof that the goods have been received and we will refund your money.
I have explained to Mastercard that this company do not even acknowledge my calls, do not answer calls, do not answer e mails, have switched from being a .co.uk to a .net company and thus what chance do I have of them acknowledging that the wrong goods have been received in Bulgaria!
I think Mastercard too are most unreasonable in this matter, it would be sensible for them to withdraw Mastercard services from them and yet they are allowed to continue to trade and there is no protection from the credit card company, considering they like to boast that there is consumer protection if the credit card is used.
I would like to know where to go next from here, any advice gratefully received.

Purchased Chanel Allure 50 ml, received Chanel Allure 100 ml but clearly fake, the kind you can purchase down the local market or from your dodgy friend! A blind person could tell the difference between what I received and the real thing. The people associated with this website are morons if they think we can't tell the difference, so this leads me to believe that they are just plain thieves & crooks.

I paid for a 100ml Pure poison on 12th May 2011 - I received an immediate payment receipt, followed by immediate dispatch notice (which I felt highly unlikely!) along with a Royal mail tracking number, that has consequently never been recognised by RM website. Item never received and any email i've sent has been returned. What fooled me was the fact that I found this website on price dumper and thought it must be genuine... Big mistake! Do not throw your hard earned money away - don't buy anything from this site they're thieves!!!
They sent the wrong perfume which I then had to return to Bulgaria at my expense and which they now reckon hasn't reached them. Oh and the UK phone number doesn't work and now emails are bouncing back as undeliverable...

I ordered Christian Dior Dior Essence on 13th August and made payment via Money Booker. I have not received my perfume and despite emails I have received no response. I contact Money Booker and was advised that they have no complaints recorded about this company - I referred them to the reviews which they seemed totally disinterested in. They said they would investigate and would email. To be fair they have emailed me but the content has concerned me which is 'We will contact them and if no reply in 5 days would consider your case as non-delivery and further action taken. However all send and receive money transactions are instant, final and irreversible as stated in terms and conditions' This does not instill me with confidence. I am now of the opinion that I may not get my perfume and if I do it will probably be fake and in any event wont get my money back!! Also I have contacted Trading Standards and this company is in Bulgaria!!
Yuck this sucks. This is why most people stick with well known money transaction places such as Paypal. Money Brookers could be a legitimate company, however, the people who use it are not. Just like Western Union is an okay company, but doesn't protect the consumer so sellers use it abound to scam people. =/

Also, can anyone who has had problems with Scentmall please contact the UK European Consumer Centre Network. You can fill in an on-line form and they will contact you. They rang me today and they are going to take this forward. The more people who have had problems the better. It really isn't a waste of time, please do this as it is just letting them win.
The UKECC are the same as Trading Standards but the part that deal with European problems.
I also have had problems with scentmall after 6weeks I was sent a parcel that was not the product I ordered and paid for. It was a damaged fake. I will be in touch with UK European Consumer Centre Network. If I don't get a refund I hope that together we can put them out of business for good. K.
I tried to post a review but it wouldn't register. I'm furious that I wasted money on a fake, and not even a fake of what I'd ordered in the first place! I just wish I'd looked up this company BEFORE I ordered from them! It wasnt until my confirmation email came through that I got suspicious! I immediately contacted my credit card company to see if I could stop the transaction. It was too late but they recommended that I cancel my card immediately and they sent out a replacement.

I assume it is and that I will be one of the many that have been caught out in this scam. The company Scent Mall that Ive ordered perfume from their address is in the Seychelles .. Im now totally confused and very concerned.

I have no way of knowing whether aftershave I received is fake but I truly suspect it is. I am going to lodge a complaint with Trading Standards.
Louisa B. I have finally received my full refund of just under £500 from them by a little bit of clever thinking. All of you need to email a guy called Radi at Radi@naydev.com Apparently, he is Scentmall's lawyer. I accused him of being just as much as criminal as they are for representing them.
I found a lawyer in Sofia, Bulgaria - didn't use them but he didn't know that. I simply stated that I had been advised to hold onto the counterfeit goods for inspection for when this goes to court and copied the lawyer in on the email. Suddently... A FULL REFUND.

My mom ordered from this site in April as she searched on google for an american scent for men called 'Fendi' cause its really hard to find and we cant get it here. Anyway scentmall.org came up and she ordered from there, the site looked fine, there were contact details, good reviews everything seemed legit. She received scents but they were the wrong ones-she got sent chanel perfumes. She didnt dare open them as she knew she wanted a refund or the correct perfumes sent out straight away. We contacted them (I had to help out as she wasnt sure how to go about everything), we received a reply saying we had to send the scents back with cost to us as they didnt have anyone to collect them or anything like that and that when they received them back we would have a full refund. We sent them back recorded delivery so we knew when they had received the items but on the site it isnt clear whether they had been received or not :-/ we have contacted them SEVERAL times saying how angry and disappointed we were that we had been treated like this. Several emails we have sent since we sent them back and not one reply!!! My mom got a claims form from the post office and I went to go back onto the site today just to see and there isnt no such site anymore-so it has either been closed down or taken off. Also the last email we sent last week saying we were going to take it further if we didnt hear anything has come back as failure to send-so it looks like they have cancelled their email account aswell. So angry and upset, cause my mom never has any SPARE money so to say even though she works full time, but she was treating herself cause she really likes this perfume and she can never find it. So now all she wants is her refund so just need to decide what step to take next. I know you said you contacted the so called lawyer but did you have to give him your bank details again? As my mom is unsure about doing that and doesnt know whether to just go into her bank and take it up with them. They are an absolute disgrace and I just want my mom to get her money back! Any extra advice would be great :-)

I contacted trading standards in my town about it and they have requested all the details, evidence etc...to deal with my complaint but she has said that she can't gaurantee I will get the refund for my mum as they dont have the statutory power to do that :-/ so I am thinking is that going to be a waste of time, cause it's alright complaining and what not but I just want the refund for my mom. She needs her money back! So angry about it all I really am. Im too polite to be swearing my head off on a public website but you should hear what's going through my head.
carly n. This has happened to me also and i have tried everything possible to get my money back, post office, my back etc and still nothing! I ordered in December so it is now 7 months and feels like im never going to get my money back. Can someone PLEASE help or advise me? Thanks
