Avoid this company! It is a totally fraudulant institution. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!.
I paid for a 100ml Pure poison on 12th May 2011 - I received an immediate payment receipt, followed by immediate dispatch notice (which I felt highly unlikely!) along with a Royal mail tracking number, that has consequently never been recognised by RM website. Item never received and any email i've sent has been returned. What fooled me was the fact that I found this website on price dumper and thought it must be genuine... Big mistake! Do not throw your hard earned money away - don't buy anything from this site they're thieves!!!
They sent the wrong perfume which I then had to return to Bulgaria at my expense and which they now reckon hasn't reached them. Oh and the UK phone number doesn't work and now emails are bouncing back as undeliverable...
that's because they're a notorious organization known for scamming folks out of their money. there are variations of scentmall. see these reviews:

Hello ! So far, this website doesn't exist anymore. I've been f...ed (fake shipping ID, no reply to my request). Scentmall and all its extensions are just a plague. Run away from them !

ScentMall.org haven't closed down! They have re-opened as another website which is what they do around every 4-6 months but I will find out which website they're now using and report back.
PLEASE WHATEVER YOU ALL DO, DO NOT SEND BACK THE PERFUME YOU RECEIVED! This is your evidence of their fraudulent dealings.
If you paid by credit card, you are covered. Just contact your credit card issuer and explain that you've been a victim of fraud.
If you paid by debit card, you need to contact your bank/building society and file a Visa Dispute! They will send you a form to complete and that should be enough to get your money back.
In the meantime, you need to bombard Radi@Naydev.com with lots and lots of emails as follows:-
Copy (cc) the email to the following email address as well which is a lawyer in Sofia, Bulgaria where Scentmall are based: chorbadjiev@abv.bg
Don't worry, you won't be charged!
Just send the initial message to Radi that you want your money back and explain that you have asked your lawyer based in Sofia to pursue getting your money back plus costs. Also explain that you have been advised to hold onto the goods as evidence for when this goes to court. Then continue to send as many blank emails to him as you can.
In the meantime, once I find out what the new website address it, I will post it and you need to bombard that email address with as many emails as possible. This will completely mess up their support system at their end which they'll be quite upset about. (Awww, as if we care!)
Should Radi send you threatening emails about upsetting their support staff and taking you to court themselves, they're blowing out of their ar*e. Don't worry. I've got bread older that Radi Naydev!

Contact your local police and get a Crime Reference Number and also contact your local Trading Standards (who are aware of Scentmall) and get a reference from them too. This will make your claim stronger and maybe the authorities might start sitting up and taking notice instead of sitting there like lemons allowing this company to continually con people!

I ordered Coco Mademoiselle and Fendi from this bunch.....took longer than expected even though emails were exchange as to when they would arrive...finally received only to find 2 bottles of Coco..contacted them and they said I could keep both bottles for the money I had paid (Fendi was cheaper). Realised that both bottles after looking at the packaging and the bottles which were imperfect. Why on earth can't these sites be completely shutdown I don't know. Understand from another consumer site that they have been reported to the Bulgarian authorities and the EU department who regulate suppliers. Feel stupid I was conned but hope others take heed and don't use them...they are worse than S#@!

I have ordered two bottles of Gloria and received two bottles of fake coco chanel perfume gutted as it cost me more than £60 for the rubbish. I have since found all the reviews and am going to persue this through my bank as advised on this site and report this to watchdog etc I will keep you updated. Please please do not buy anything from this site!!!!
Absolutely Conned!!!!!!!!! Purchased Aftershave, came from Seychelles, two weeks late then low and behold not what I ordered! Straight away I know well you can say bye bye to that. I have completely lost faith. OOOOOh how I wish I had found this site. I will be using this site from now on. Luckily I did not waste more money returning it to Seychelles.

I wish I had taken the time to 'check out' this previously untried website, as like many other consumers I was sent the wrong perfume (for 2010 christmas present), naively returned the perfume for a replacement (further adding to 'lost money') and have heard nothing more from them since they emailed saying the product was in the post!
i thought these guys had been shut down, but it looks like they're back. they have countless bad reviews on SiteJabber. maybe in reading some of those, you can find some valuable information. i know one SiteJabber user Keyth R has been trying to track them down...

ordered from them 6 weeks ago. Have not received Lancome although i was charged when ordered. Have inquired 6 times. Responded falsely 4 times. Is there no oversight of fraudulent sites? I wish i had read these reviews before i ordered but thought with the name scentmall it would be from uk/us. What a sham!
I ordered perfume from this site and they sent me a fake product. I contacted ECC and they gave me the contact details of a person in scent mall's complaints department. It took a while, but they gave me a refund. So, the best thing to do is flood this guy with emails (o.kostadinov@perfumes.bg). He'll soon get pissed off with too many emails and they might stop ripping folk off.
It's straight forward. Contact ECC Bulgaria and a legal advisor will get back to you. They will give you Mr Kostadinov's (or maybe and equivalent contact) email address and ask you to contact him directly. If there is no resolution after 14 working days, ECC will mediate on your behalf. It took over 14 days for me, but it was over Christmas - I got my refund after about 1 month. Basically just email the guy every day and cc the legal advisor from ECC. And once you get your money, send Mr Kostadinov a very abusive email.
I ordered a discontinued perfume from this Website two months ago, thinking I had found a site that still had old stock as everywhere else had sold out and the site states that its all genuine stuff. However to begin with they took two lots of money! I requested one lot back straight away, this took a month to get back. The perfume arrived and it was clearly FAKE, so I sent it back and it took another month to get the rest of my money back, so all in all in took two months to get a refund! I will NEVER BE USING THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. If there is someone who is having trouble getting their money back as I was you will find that you get no response from most of the emails on the website, but I did get one lady's email that appears to work, so here it is for anyone to use - o.kostadinov@perfumes.bg.

They will either deliver nothing or occasionally ship fake rubbish. Check on google with 'scentmall' plus 'scam' or 'fraud' or 'fake' - hundreds of thousands of people have been ripped off. These are major international scammers stealing millions of pounds from people.
They have sent me nothing but Fake chanel and i paid to send it back and now they say thay cannot find anything sent from me so they will not give me my money back. I ordered in December 10th and it's now March 10th! 3 months and they have just stolen my money! terrible scam and they need to be STOPPED!
This sounds exactly what has happened to me, ordered 6th Dec and still no where today expect email after email back and forth trying to fob me off..I have just forwarded them the link to this page to let them know about it. They even had the cheek to do it to me and on every single one of my emails, my work signature was attached....I work for a good law firm! you'd think they may be slightly more cautious but no, obviously desperate for an extra £30 to add to their fortune! - what can we do about it?.....i may have to seek advice - haha at least my legal back up will be free!!! bastards!!!
Whatever else you do, contact your bank and credit card company ASAP and start a dispute procedure. That is your main chance to get your money back. Then help chase these *$%&£$2 s down!

Siobhan. Conned like all of the rest. Ordered one thing got another, however did receive an email from them, asking to send it back however thought I will never, ever see the refund.. I have no way of knowing whether aftershave I received is fake but I truly suspect it is. I am going to lodge a complaint with Trading Standards.
I have finally received my full refund of just under £500 from them by a little bit of clever thinking. All of you need to email a guy called Radi at Radi@naydev.com Apparently, he is Scentmall's lawyer. I accused him of being just as much as criminal as they are for representing them.
I found a lawyer in Sofia, Bulgaria - didn't use them but he didn't know that. I simply stated that I had been advised to hold onto the counterfeit goods for inspection for when this goes to court and copied the lawyer in on the email. Suddently... A FULL REFUND.

Hi there, I have just come across your comment. I really wish we had seen all these comments beforehand. My mom ordered from this site in April as she searched on google for an american scent for men called 'Fendi' cause its really hard to find and we cant get it here. Anyway scentmall.org came up and she ordered from there, the site looked fine, there were contact details, good reviews everything seemed legit. She received scents but they were the wrong ones-she got sent chanel perfumes. She didnt dare open them as she knew she wanted a refund or the correct perfumes sent out straight away. We contacted them (I had to help out as she wasnt sure how to go about everything), we received a reply saying we had to send the scents back with cost to us as they didnt have anyone to collect them or anything like that and that when they received them back we would have a full refund. We sent them back recorded delivery so we knew when they had received the items but on the site it isnt clear whether they had been received or not :-/ we have contacted them SEVERAL times saying how angry and disappointed we were that we had been treated like this. Several emails we have sent since we sent them back and not one reply!!! My mom got a claims form from the post office and I went to go back onto the site today just to see and there isnt no such site anymore-so it has either been closed down or taken off. Also the last email we sent last week saying we were going to take it further if we didnt hear anything has come back as failure to send-so it looks like they have cancelled their email account aswell. So angry and upset, cause my mom never has any SPARE money so to say even though she works full time, but she was treating herself cause she really likes this perfume and she can never find it. So now all she wants is her refund so just need to decide what step to take next. I know you said you contacted the so called lawyer but did you have to give him your bank details again? As my mom is unsure about doing that and doesnt know whether to just go into her bank and take it up with them. They are an absolute disgrace and I just want my mom to get her money back! Any extra advice would be great :-)

I contacted trading standards in my town about it and they have requested all the details, evidence etc...to deal with my complaint but she has said that she can't gaurantee I will get the refund for my mum as they dont have the statutory power to do that :-/ so I am thinking is that going to be a waste of time, cause it's alright complaining and what not but I just want the refund for my mom. She needs her money back! So angry about it all I really am. Im too polite to be swearing my head off on a public website but you should hear what's going through my head.

They don't send your perfume for weeks, when they do send it out to you its actually the worst fake ive ever seen, they don't even try to look ligitemate. you can't contact them, the phone number (in bulgaria might I add) doesnt work! they don't email you back, the stuff they have sent actually smells like cat wee! its discusting! They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. waste of time and waste of £60!!! :( hope other people see this before they visit that site
I'm afraid I was sucked in to this website. I was after a perfume that had been discontinued. They make out that they have offices in London, but no address. The item arrived from Bulgaria, The bottle was leaking and you can clearly see that it's a fake. A total rip off and will be reporting it to my credit card company! DO NOT USE!!

As everybody else i ordered my perfume and received the wrong one, sent in back and then didn't receive the one i ordered. After numorous attempted emails i contacted the ECC in Buligaria who told me to email Ognyan Kostadinov from Scentmall complaints department. I have just received an email from him saying i will get a full refund with 7 days and if i don't to recontact him. And if that doesn't work am i to contact the ECC again for further investigation. This company comes as a top google hit on many rare and discontinued perfumes. Their website looks professional and choice can be overwhelming for collectors and perfume lovers. I have ordered a bottle of lovely Sotto Voce by Laura Biagiotti, but what I got insteda was a battered bottle of Coco by Chanel. Obviously didn't want it, phoned the company (which turned out to be based in BULGARIA) and requested a return. Then shipped the perfume back, with a proof of posting, and never heard from them since. Have tried to send them e-mails 3 times, no response, nobody is answering the company phone either. Tonight my husband has had a little search- and it seems thay are well known internet scammers, ripping off people in the whole Europe. They always send you unrequested item (totally fake), then instruct you to send it back, and they're gone. Have been doing it for quite some time now, have changed their name from #WHITED SPAM#.co.uk to #WHITED SPAM#.net to most recently #WHITED SPAM#.org. There are hundreds of reports from their victims on the internet. Please do not be tempted to buy from them- they're plain con artists. Nobody ever got an ordered item from them!!! I have made a dispute claim at my bank, moreover I have blocked my card, as I don't feel comfortable knowing that scammers like that are in possesion of my credit card details. PLEASE EVERYBODY BEWARE OF THEM!!!
I purchased Coco Madamoiselle by Chanel in the 100ml size for mny daughter as a christmas present at a cost of £68.73p, good deal I thought. My daughter has just phoned to say it smells different from her existing aroma and the packaging is not the same. I have e-mailed Scentmall but did not see this site until now. They are clearly dodgy so do not use them as they will ignore you. Phone does not work either. I will speak to my bank to see what they can do as suggested by one of your other postees. I am embarrassed to say the least.

Don't be embarrassed - this happens to the best of us. Sorry that you meant to buy this for your daughter and didn't get it. I'm sure she understood. Speaking from a daughter's perspective, I certainly would. Best of luck with talking to the bank - be careful and monitor your statements in the meantime since those guys have your information now.

Hi Tran N many thanks for your comment. I went to my bank yesterday and because I payed through Pay Pal the amount to cover the purchase for the perfume from Scent Mall has not been taken. The bank says that it may be Pay Pal put a block on the transaction because I understand that Scent Mall have been suspended from trading. So not too bad at all. The lesson I have learned from this is to check the reviews on sites like Site Jabber, who until now I had not heard of before. It is good to know that you can get sound advise from these sites and get valuable feedback from people like you T. All the best and a very happy 2011.
Ive ordered Society by Bur berry and after a month of being told it was dispatched I have still seen nothing in the mail. Their phone number is no good and disconnected. I can never get anyone by email. Do not buy from this company I need to see if I can get my money back.
I ordered Christian Dior Dior Essence on 13th August and made payment via Money Booker. I have not received my perfume and despite emails I have received no response. I contact Money Booker and was advised that they have no complaints recorded about this company - I referred them to the reviews which they seemed totally disinterested in. They said they would investigate and would email. To be fair they have emailed me but the content has concerned me which is 'We will contact them and if no reply in 5 days would consider your case as non-delivery and further action taken. However all send and receive money transactions are instant, final and irreversible as stated in terms and conditions' This does not instill me with confidence. I am now of the opinion that I may not get my perfume and if I do it will probably be fake and in any event wont get my money back!! Also I have contacted Trading Standards and this company is in Bulgaria!!
Yuck this sucks. This is why most people stick with well known money transaction places such as Paypal. Money Brookers could be a legitimate company, however, the people who use it are not. Just like Western Union is an okay company, but doesn't protect the consumer so sellers use it abound to scam people. =/

Also, can anyone who has had problems with Scentmall please contact the UK European Consumer Centre Network. You can fill in an on-line form and they will contact you. They rang me today and they are going to take this forward. The more people who have had problems the better. It really isn't a waste of time, please do this as it is just letting them win.
The UKECC are the same as Trading Standards but the part that deal with European problems.
I also have had problems with scentmall after 6weeks I was sent a parcel that was not the product I ordered and paid for. It was a damaged fake. I will be in touch with UK European Consumer Centre Network. If I don't get a refund I hope that together we can put them out of business for good. K.
I tried to post a review but it wouldn't register. I'm furious that I wasted money on a fake, and not even a fake of what I'd ordered in the first place! I just wish I'd looked up this company BEFORE I ordered from them! It wasnt until my confirmation email came through that I got suspicious! I immediately contacted my credit card company to see if I could stop the transaction. It was too late but they recommended that I cancel my card immediately and they sent out a replacement.

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I placed an order tonight. Can someone tell me / confirm is Scent Mall the same Company as ScentMall. I assume it is and that I will be one of the many that have been caught out in this scam. The company Scent Mall that Ive ordered perfume from their address is in the Seychelles .. Im now totally confused and very concerned.
