Don't buy from them this device is a junk I lost my $200.00

Hi I purchased Power Star Power Saver on 04-06-11 and it was shipped to me on 04-09-11 I received this product on 04-12-11. At the time when I bought this product person named Imran Bhatti told me I have full 60 days money back guarantee on this product no questioned asked and that's what they are advertising on their web site as well in their policy. After using more than a month this device did not do anything lower my electric bill. I called them to return this and asked them provide me the address where I can return this product and they asked me do I have guarantee card I said I did not receive any guarantee card with my purchase all I receive product and brochure and they said they can not give my money back.They did not put any guarantee card in the box. I even kept the original box which I received by us mail with all the tags and stamped invoice original box of the product there was nothing in the box in the name of Guarantee card. It is not even 60 days but they are not honoring what they promised .I paid this via COD. Thanks.

Zaid S. hi i purchase this device from save your power bills and it was shipped me on 05-07-2011 recevied this product on 10-07-2011 at the time i brought this device from person named khasif help me to install me this device the person was very help full he assured me that if anything goes wrong with the device its upto me i've use the device for one month and it lower my electric city upto 55% less im very satisfy with the device i recevie money back guarantee card for 2 months and one year factory repalcement card im doing a very fine bussiness with this company i think this company is doing very fine job and im very happy with it.
