I submitted my questionnaire on a Friday afternoon and received my divorce docs back on the following Monday. I found an error in one of the papers and the staff quickly revised my documents that same day. An unfortunate situation (my divorce) was made a little easier by this service.

I used the site for my Nevada divorce. I thought it went smoothly. I did the interview and got the documents back the same day. We signed and filed. Best of all I did not even choose the same day service.

I had the same experience. I am reporting it to my bank as soon as I finish writing this. I got NOTHING. In fact they emailed me and said they could not help me. They do not answer emails, take phone calls. I think it is a total sham! I thought I was just filling out the preliminary info and the submit the papers when I got all the info....but they charged me $349.00 their highest published fee and I got zilch!

They took money out of my account without the proper authorization. No services were rendered. They said that they would refund the money and I filled out and submitted the proper forms and they told me I was approved for the refund. They asked me not to report it to my CC company and I would have my money back within 30 days. It has been two months and they will not take my phone calls or answer my emails and they have not returned the money.

The website is a complete scam and I agree with the previous complaints in reference to not being able to speak to a person regardless of what time you call or how many times you call. I was charged $50 each time for any changes when I knew the information provide the first time was correct. Same day divorce my tail--it was more than a week before I got my finish product and was told by the judge that the forms were invalid in court. Please don't waste your time with this service. As momma always said, if its too good to be true than it probably not true.
