As a previous reviewer said, after ordering from them fraudulent charges showed up on my bank card. My bank alerted me right away and is sending a new card. Mine happened a few days after the order was placed. Also noticed SS charged my account right away ( it says they charged when item ships) but i got no email confirmation of the order and no shipping notice until I emailed them a week later asking what was going on. Got an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number. Tracked it and it said on it's way to the facility. Two days later it said it shipped, also the day the fraudulent charges showed up. Waiting to see what actually comes from them. And will never ever make this mistake again.

Great company to deal with. Love the product I ordered too. I am a new customer and my first shipment was damaged, both the merchandise and the package. Not the company's fault. Thankfully my bank declined them and my card got canceled. I researched online and there were other complaints about the same thing happening to them so its not a coincidence. I have reported them to the FTC hopefully they can shut them down and charge them for their crimes! I came across this website searching for a discontinued item and I only found it on this site. They also have really cheap name brand products! The reviews on this site are very old and I am glad I didn't listen to them. I called them just to make sure that they were real and I spoke to a woman that was very helpful! I am so happy I found this website!
