Royal Air USA

I have used Royal Air USA about 7 times already. Never had a problem and I hope I never will as I'm planning to use them again. Great service, a very simple process of booking the flight, and there is a phone number which actually connects you with the representative, if you need it. The staff on the phone is nice and helpful.
As a recommendation, it would be nice to have a feature such as reminder (phone call or email). Customer services is Outstanding, they will explain PRO and CON each flight. Keep continue your service in country.

Our India tickets refund is pending from Royal Air USA. There is no response through website, emails, phone calls. Very frustrating. If anyone have moved legally for this situation against Royal Air USA, please advise. We are willing to join. As an established business, there should be someone to provide update on the whereabouts of the person and what to expect further. Leaving customers without any response is unacceptable.

Bought a ticket with them for my India trip to India. Due to current situation, I want to change my tickets and was trying to reach out to them for the last one month. Sent them email, text messages and called several times... no response at all. I called the airline to see whether I can change my tickets through them. I was told that only the travel agent can change the ticket. At this time I have no idea what to do. Thinking of moving legally
