i paid £146.99 for a 2 seater ride on for my boys for christmas they loved it. We used it twice and it wouldnt work i had it in my kitchen all the time. E-mailed them and they replied with a list of possible faults about 12 in total and asked me to check for all them and reply. Ifelt this was odd but did it anyway with no result it still didnt work.They now say its not possible to get a refund and won't come out to try and repair. My two children see car every day and cry to use it how low can a company go what can i do?

Mark A. So you didn't use the return to base warranty like I did? They sorted it out for me no problem. That was the guarantee so don't blame them if you refuse to send it back.

motor started playing up after about 6 months so after checking the bits in the email they sent and didn't fix it, returned it to them. They sorted it and sent it back to me. Can't get better than that
