Horrible experience! They take your order, charge your card and then weeks go by before they tell you it is backordered and then cancelled. Meanhwhile, they've had your money for 3 weeks. Customer service is a joke on the phone. You ask a question and they read you the website guidelines (it may take up to 2 weeks to ship your order) then, when you tell them it's already 3 and now they've cancelled it they say "is there anything else we can help you with?" and then just hang up. Atrocious. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely terrible customer service. The website description for the product I purchased was inaccurate and as a result I ended up with $150 in additional products that I didn't need. When I requested a return, they admitted that the description was inaccurate, refused to take back the additional product and offered me a $15 apology/concession if I would simply drop the whole thing. Nice try Remodelr. I not only will NEVER shop with your company again, I will make sure to inform anybody who will listen about your ridiculously horrible customer service. I've never seen anything like it. Have filed several complaints with their partners and vendors alerting them to their fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
Their website says if they send you the wrong item (which they did), they will ship the right item as soon as UPS picks up the RMA'd item. After UPS picked it up, they sent an email saying they will only ship once they receive the item back... they cannot even adhere to their own published rma policies. They advertise that you don't need to pay tax. Oh really? I wonder what homedepot has to say about that given the fact that ALL of your stock items drop ship through their company! I will make sure to let the California Attorney General know about your advertisement. If anyone knows the address of the company owner Brian Chelette, please let me know so I can pay someone to leave a flaming pile of crap on his doorstep.
Zero customer service. All GordianProject websites seem to have the same issue. I was told over the phone that the item I wanted was in stock. It has been over 30 days and I still do not have the product, and the only updates to my order are by my prompt. What is so flippin' hard about an email update once in a while. Shop elsewhere!
