Regina Spektor is a Russian-born singer songwriter whose distinctive style is informed by the New York anti-folk movement. But if you wanted a bio, you'd have gone to Wikipedia, so I'll just say that it's almost impossible to describe someone's songs and music in writing without losing a great deal in the translation. This is a woman with a wonderful voice and smart lyrics, who sits at the piano and sings about what moves her, and this is a fansite with videos and music and, no doubt, that full bio. One of my current favorite voices, at the time of writing.
