I have been thoroughly pleased with the ease of use and support of the RealtySoft team since I have been using them for my website. The template is fun and navigating through it is a breeze. I would highly recommend RealtySoft for web hosting. They provide a top quality service at a reasonable price.

Worst customer service from any company I have dealt with that provides Real Estate tools. They have no interest in fostering long lasting relationships with their client base. I contact the CEO directly by phone and email and he did not bother to respond or request that one of his minions respond. The lowest cost often bears some relationship to really bad customer service. With so many highly valued, respected companies out there that you could do business with, Realtysoft is one to stay away from.

Worst customer service from any company I have dealt with that provides Real Estate tools. They have no interest in fostering long lasting relationships with their client base. I contact the CEO directly by phone and email and he did not bother to respond or request that one of his minions respond.
The lowest cost often bears some relationship to really bad customer service. With so many highly valued, respected companies out there that you could do business with, Realtysoft is one to stay away from.

If you create a website using Websitebox, your website won't appear within the first 50 pages of any search engine. So, I paid for a website that nobody can find, even after placing 20 keywords in the SEO section. The website I paid for is good for nothing.

Initially, I thought that their customer service was good. Trouble started when I learned that I couldn't get my listings to automatically go to my webpage. So then, I and my assistant tried to manually input them all. The site was difficult and was like pulling teeth to input data and photos and have the system actually save it. A lot of times the site would just spin it's wheels and never take my data. I cancelled. I took my site down. The system said I'd cancelled, yet they took my money anyway. After a call they still never returned my money. THEY ARE THIEVES! BEWARE!

Quality of site and service was marginal. Billing was horrible. They double billed me twice and although the acknowledged it, they would not credit my credit card, only extend the contraxct date. Two months after I cancelled my account, they billed me for a domain name renewal (without advance niotice) and did so FOUR MONTHS before the domain would have been up for renewal. DO NOT work with these people.

There seems to be only two guys that work for this company. Initially I was dealing with a great tech support person. Then in June 2013, when I wanted to add the same features from my old website to my new one, the mobile search function no longer worked. Their new guy couldn't figure out how to make it work. Since most of my clients use mobile devices, it was pointless having this service. The guys removed the feature from my site as soon as I said I wanted to cancel. However, I prepaid for an entire year's service and I still have six months left. Now they don't want to refund my money for the rest of the year even though I haven't used it yet. This company is horrible. They changed their name to Websitebox so buyer beware of that company too!

This company is a fraud. They did not honor their money back guarantee. Stay away from them.

Researched realtysoft and it sounded like a great setup. They had not done IDX with Maine but said they would do it for free if we committed to paying for 3 years up front. We agreed. And then waited and waited and waited. Always an excuse of why they hadn't got our idx feed done yet. It was promised to be up and running within 2 months - by November nothing and then they wanted us to pay the fee again because they let the contract lapse by their inactivity! When we refused and wanted our money back, they refused to refund anything. So we have a website which doesn't have IDX capability like we were promised and while it is OK for a website, I could do it myself for less than half the cost of what they are charging with another templated company.
I think they must be in trouble. The fee was $500 for the contract renewal and they couldnt afford it? I was going to be promoting them in Maine - so glad I found out how bad they were before I went full force.
Unless they have your local MLS IDX feed already done, don't go with them. My experience is that they don't do what they say they will and they don't have the technical support at the back end to get stuff done.

Literally just got the site up and running less than a month ago and have already had over a week where the sites was not only unmanagable but unusable. I couldn't lo in to my account to update or maintain the website and the idx search feed on the website was frozen meaning it didn't produce any results at all. The customer service was great at first but now I hardly get a call back.

Number one in being the worst. Bad customer relations. Ineffective service. Basically, this company takes your money and then places your website in idle. Sure, they fees are low. But, they claim you will get superior results. This company is such a joke. They have this clown who parades himself as a tech guru. He blogs all over the net and talks about what great things his company is doing, but all they really do is take your money and do nothing for their customers. REALLYSOFT.

I used realtysofts website WebsiteBox.com because according to them, it would fit my needs. RUN AWAY. Its a total ripoff, and my experience was a nightmare. I wish I had read reviews before. They screwed up royally and began to tell the internet and every main website I was now the listing agent for some 400-500 properties. I began getting all kinds of calls and emails abotu OTHER peoples listings, so much that my phone didnt stop ringing. Instead I would get inundated with calls about rentals that were far away from me, and werent even avialble for rent. I asked them to fix it. They said they did, and then did nothing. It continued, I nicely asked them to fix it again, nothing. Then, I told them how bad it had gotten and told them they needed to fix it asap. Over a week later they havent even so much as acknowledged my existence, while meanwhile, I get frequent phonecalls bombarding me from all over the internet, with no way to remove them as my listings. Its damaged my business image from people frustrated I wont answer, as they think its my listing. Its cost me thousands in lost business from phone calls from legitimate customers Ive missed while handling others. Its sucked up all of my time and left me very stressed with no free time. RUN AWAY. This is quite possibly the worst company ive ever dealt with, period.

I signed up with them and have my office website support through them, I have been waiting for support. NONE, Rankings NONE very few hits I have had my site evaluated and I may as well been lighting my advertising dollars on fire. They suck bigtime.

I talked all the agents into using this free idx service - it was great for a few months. Now, the images do not populate and noone - I MEAN NO ONE has called back to help resolve the problem - at the very least an email stating they DO NOT PROVIDE THE IMAGES ANY MORE TO THE FREE IDX EDITION THEY OFFER would be courteous! What a bunch of bull----t Peyman Aleagha!

I was led to believe that the website would be totally customizable including colors, fonts etc... I was also told that I could have as many email address as I wanted but after paying for a years service was told that I could have only 5. The email system is NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. There is no spam filter, and I have had to complain several times about spam getting in but legitimate emails getting returned undeliverable. I have lost a lot of business because I can't reply to my client's emails on time, or my email account is not functioning correctly. Lost a lot of documents.

When it comes to having support, it takes at least one day for the support person to contact me. Today for example, I haven't been able to access my email at all and I started at 5:00 am, and now it is 3:42 and not one reply from support.

I haven't received many hits on my site and can only imagine why. If you are a Realtor, real estate agent, real estate broker I say STAY AWAY from REALTYSOFT. The National Association of Realtors has advertisement from these folks but, I am sure NAR doesn't endorse them.

I've tried ihouse2000, Homes.com, Advanced Access plus I've also had and paid for a very expensive total custom page in the past. I have found that RealtySoft is the most cost effective and I get more hits from their solution than I ever got from the other website providers. RealtySoft has the best customer service, when I need assistance, 90% of the time work with the same person. Several agents in my company have gone with RealtySoft and are happy with them too. I've been with RealtySoft as a brokerage for 1 1/2 years and would not change at this time. Other companies charge so much for start-up and the monthly fees are way out of line. I have found RealtySoft to stay up to date with their software and upgrades. They are in the process of rolling out a Commercial Web Page Template too. When I received my e-Pro certification I joined some online boards and did some research into web page templates. At that time, RealtySoft came highly rated on Internet Crusade - if not the top rated company.

I want to say thank you RealtySoft for putting together an easy to use website solution. I looked around at many different providers and developers (even tried them), spending several hundred Dollars with nothing more than a plain website and a big fight for any money back. All the others wanted to upsell and charge me for IDX solutions and SEO options and for customer support. RealtySoft provided me with everything I was looking for, IDX, Customer support (I must say it has been quick and very helpful), easy to use, easy to edit, customized site so even I can add special and personal information to it. RealtySoft's customer support turnaround time has been either immediate or less than 24 hours. With a busy schedule, time is everything and RealtySoft's team understands that. But the best feature of RealtySoft is their cost. Easy to understand price with no hidden fees. There is nothing worse than finding out later you didn't get what you thought you paid for.
