SCAM for sure. The page is up to take $179 "upgrade for more benefits" and offer referrals for sale. I think they take the money on autopilot and give nothing back. The screen "Members Payout" shows the same list everyday of names making $2000, etc. But the dates, names, and $$ stay the same. Can't they be tracked to their IP address and prosecuted?
