I have been a customer since December 2019. So far they have missed their deadline to go live with geographical tar getting. The representative is on vacation and before leaving stated someone from IT would contact me by Feb 17,2020. No one has. I have left at least 3 messages with the manager John Graham since Monday, no one has called me. I am ready to fire these people for lack of customer service, breach of contract and anything else my lawyer can think of

I am a Facial Plastic Surgeon in practice for 20 years and Tara is the first marketing consultant that has hit a home run for me. I have used at least 7 other agencies and consultants over the year who have always over promised and completely under delivered. This place is a SCAM! Not only did they lie every step of the way, not giving us ANY of the reach that was promised. They are nearly impossible to reach. Our Christmas season was ruined after being given only 3 states coverage and using key words that have nothing to do with our business. The Corporate office said we would be refunded, then management (Rich) said we would be refunded, and after we were promised our money back with apologies they STILL KEEP TAKING IT! THEN after we regretfully resort to charge backs on the additional charges... they are still disputing it saying that we had a contract when we have multiple emails from them saying we are being refunded. Not to mention we were told that they canceled our initial google ads...also a lie. We were charged by Google and Reach Local. I hate for this to happen to anyone, please be advised before you lose the thousands of dollars that we have.

They took care of my website and made it into what I wanted! They also got everything up and running the way it should, I have no complaints.

Signed up and used them for 6 months at 2k a month. They mirror your site so they can monitor clicks and record calls to your site. I found some value in the phone recordings initially but they bug the tar out of you to rate "so they can improve your standing". First problem was I went 4 months without them recording the calls. Sales rep was nice but blamed her techies on the non recording. I managed my own adwords for a year before bringing them on. RL's results were about 10% more costly than mine. I understand they mark up the clicks fairly substantially. One of my issues was putting me on "partner sites". They say the clicks were cheap, less than $. 25 each. Well, that just lowers the overall cost of their clicks for comparative purposes! I finally dumped them after the contract. I still get calls from the rep saying I'm going to be sorry I left them just when their proprietary algorithm was gathering enough data to really help me take off. I think its bull$#*! personally. They will not share their search terms saying its proprietary. So, at the end of the day when you fire them you have nothing to show for it. Your history, your search terms, anything that can help you formulate a new plan is none of your business - even though you paid for it. I'm back to my own adwords account with a person managing it for me for a 20% fee. Better feedback, better results. I just wish I had my $12k back.

Would not recommend- signed a contract under different terms. Stayed in agreement- switched and first time in the time of the Internet our business website has been down for 4 days and we are locked out. After all the money paid.

This company is fraud all they do is take your money and rip you off and thats what they did with me and just to make sure no ones had to go through what we went through i will be filing complaint with BBB and i will also leave reviews on yelp and i will send our emails to my local conpanys in area just wanna share my experience that i had with this company STAY AWAY GUYS

We have been using ReachLocal for almost 3 years now. They do offer a variety of services which I find to be very helpful. For me, the selling point for ReachLocal is not their excellent track record, but it is the fact that they have a local rep, Nicholas in my area with whom I can meet whenever I need help. Nicholas is very knowledgeable and he has always been extremely helpful to me in implementing new ideas.

Brady makes sure that my social media is optimized and he lets nothing slip through the cracks. I can spend my time being a doctor and never need to worry about my website, SEO, Facebook, etc. This level of professionalism and trust I have with Brady is uncommon and very valuable.
