When placing an order for a football kit costing over £250.00 i was told that my order would be with me within 7-10 working days. on the 10th day i rang up to see where my order was and was told it wasnt in the country and they didnt know hoe long it would be. i needed the football kit within the time frame i was given as my team had a match. I was told that the manager would call me back which he did not do. i had to weait 2 days for the manager to call me back. He said there was nothing that he could do but my kit would be with me in 2 weeks so it was now a month late. When the kit arrived i only got the shirts not the socks or shorts. when rining back it took the manager another 2 days to call me back even then he didnt know when it would be. I tried calling them again everyday asking when my remaing delivery would arrive with no explanation. in the end the manager said that he was fed up with me ringing up every day trying to find out where my remaining order. he was rude and abusive and told me to wait or get my money back but to stop ringing him! I have written 3 emails of complaints to the director with no reply! i have also complianed to trading standards.
This company is awful and the staff are rude especialy the manager lionel!! Dont use them

If I can spare one person from making the mistake of ordering from this company creating this review will be worth it. To make things brief, kit ordered in August (and money taken from account), now in November - no kit, no refund - no contact. Banks involved, legal advice obtained, a total nightmare. I should have know better - If I couldn't contact them, which I couldn't, then I shouldn't have ordered from their 'slick' website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU WILL PAY THEM MONEY AND THEN NEVER BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM, try and phone/email them - it's a JOKE. They deserve a zero but I have to give them a '1' :o(

I ordered a kit from this joke of a company on the 19th August 2010, it is now the 14th September 2010. Let's not forget that on this companies website it says 'Available for quick delivery' underneath the kits, now i'm not and unfair person but quick delivery to me would mean 2 weeks, as you can see it's nealy a month now and they still haven't delivered. Best part is, I contacted these clowns and asked about my kit and they told me it would not be in stock for another 2 weeks, so I asked have you got another kit in the colours I needed in stock, Nicola said yes we do, so I said I'll have that one then, she then promised me I would have it the week after speaking with her, needless to say 2 weeks later, still no kit has arrived. If you need a kit in a hurry don't deal with these people, in fact if you want an easy order process and good company to deal stay well clear. I shall be taking further action if these people do not come back to me by the end of the week.

I ordered some kits totalling £175 about 3 weeks ago. After not hearing a word I started to chase up the order after a couple of weeks. After about 6 phone calls and being told I would be called (I wasn't called back at all) I found out that parts of the kit would take nearly 2 months to become available. Last week I then cancelled my order and was told that the refund would take 48 hours to be back in my account. Low and behold it is a week later and no sign of a refund. Today I finally managed to get through on the phone before 5pm, and I was asked to hold on while the woman went off to find out some details. I was left on hold for nearly 40 minutes, clearly she didn't want to confront me because it was a refund and most likely clocked off, leaving me waiting on the phone! I've had to get the bank involved to reverse the charge and get my money back that way.
Absolutely shocking customer service from this lot. By email, they are unhelpful, dismissive and patronising, and on the phone they are simply useless!! Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered other kits from a place called Kit King and the manager told me to find this website to see how bad Pro Soccer UK are!!!! You have been warned!

I run a football team in West Lancashire League and have a good squad of players whom have played at a decent standard, many of whom have played in The Unibond League.
Building this side made me invest in a kit to match the team so i ordered £1400 of kit from ProsoccerUK.
The kit i chose was by adidas as was the tracksuits.
The girl on the phone said that if i placed the order with them we will get the kit within 10 working days.
We paid in full and are now awaiting the order 7 weeks! after it was paid for.
We play our 7th League game this weekend in last seasons old kit.
We promised the players the best quality kit but sadly it has yet to arrive.
The worrying thing is there is only 1 number to call this company and nobody ever answers the phone, i was also once on hold for 22 minutes and when she came back to the phone she thought i was someone else!!!
I seriously have doubts whether this company really exsists or if its an internet scam?
i would advise anybody to avoid this company if you can call them that and will spread the word once our website is launched.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

jane t. The same thing is happening to me right now!!!!!! What can we do.. I ordered end of july and am still waiting for a £700 adidas kit for my sons junior team... Have we been conned? Can we find out? Ive tried phoning and of course no one answers or returns emails.. any advice? I paid with a visa debit so have no come bak with the bank I dont think?

Di O. Just to put ur mind at rest slightly ... i am in the same boat but luckily its just a training kit we ordered from this joke of a company. The kit HAS finally arrived after 8 weeks but there are several items missing, no one will answer my calls or reply to my emails of course. I have rang this company in the last 8 weeks approx 300 times and have spoke to Nicola & Lionel only once each, they promise to ring back but never do and the phone number is either busy or rings out. I was panicing as i paid by debit card too, but at least some of the kit has arrived so we now know the company really exists! Ive looked on other review sites and the only positive comments come from Nicola & Lionel ... coincidence??? I will never ever use this company again and please advise others to keep well away. Im so glad we didnt order our playing kit from this company and i feel sorry for those who have done!

Jane T I have been dealing with Adidas as I got nowhere with them and have now been advised that we need to contact Trading standards as the contract is between us and Prosoccer Uk, they are still looking into the complaints and I will pursue with Adidas. basically i ordered a kit and have been told a pack of lies.here are some excuses!
1/ we are waiting for it to come from china in a container
2/the keepers shorts are holding this order up
3/the shirts that came were all kids xl sizes not adults
4/the press machine for the printing has broken

i had to settle for another kit which i didnt really want it came 40 days after and im still waiting for the keepers shorts and socks.
the phone is always engaged surprise surprise.
please don't order off these people they are a disgrace !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so some of you may laugh, but I have actually been stupid enough to use these charlatans twice.

The first time was two years ago. I had massive delays, which ended up at being a month, but the kit did arrive and it was in good condition. The service wasn't too bad either so along with a great price I was just barely satisfied.

This summer my club wanted a new kit. Again a great price was on offer so knowing it could take a month we thought we'd use them again, accepting a slower service for the price.

Well this time as you can imagine, it has been a disaster. The order was made on July 19th, it is now September 3rd.

A week after the promised delivery had passed I got on the phone to them. Twice in the same week they promised to call me back, but never did and then when they finally did call me back, it was 2 hours later. They said they'd be 10-15 minutes.

I kept pestering them looking for information regarding my order every week after that.

A month after the order was placed, Nicole Informed me that the kit was not with them in stock. How can they promise 10-14 days delivery when they don't even have the kit in stock!?

Even after I had brought it to their attention how awful the customer service levels had been they continued to feed me lies and unfulfilled promises.

This weekend Nicole informed me via email that the kit had been dispatched. Hooray! It would be with me on Saturday morning. I asked her for the courier details as I'd need to get in contact with them to make sure I was in as I had plans.

Needless to say she never emailed back - I'd received three emails from them that day.

The kit has not arrived. It was a lie. They probably don't even have the kit.

I am going to cancel my order and request a refund. I will be writing to the league we are in, my county fa, national fa and trading standards. I will also phone adidas as it is one of their kits and prosocceruk.co.uk actually revel in blaming adidas and attempting to ruin their prestigious name.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Something needs to be done about this lot. An absolute shambles. How their employees get job satisfaction from blatantly lieing at innocent customers is beyond me.

AVOID at all costs. Use pro direct soccer instead.

I know i've given this one star but there isn't an option for none. This company are an utter DISGRACE!!!

I ordered some rain jackets for my team and after waiting weeks for it to arrive, all the sizes were incorrect. I spoke to a Dave Smith who was supposed to be the supervisor. He said i would have to pay a £15 re-stocking charge even though it was not my fault. why oh why does this guy work in customer service. During quite a heated converstaion and getting knowhere, he went on to say that he didn't care about my order. I was flabagasted! I said that I expected to be treated better than that. What he said after that i just couldn't believe. He said "If you don't like it, then F@#k off somehere else. Now I know why British industry has gone down the pan.

I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he wasn't in, so i called him back the following day. I spoke to Lionel (supposed manager). When I told him about what was said he went completely silent, he didn't seem bothered and said i would have to write a letter and he would look into it. An absolute joke of a man & company.

I would strongly advise anyone against ever using this company. If anyone has got any advise of where I could go from here as I very much doubt that "Lionel" will do anything about the way I was treated.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!

having ordered a youth football kit with numbers, club badge and sponsors logo, and paid in advance i am still waiting for the kit 8 weeks later. i have spoken to 5 different people and given my phone number each time with each person promising to phone me back. I am still waiting for that phone call!!!. I have e mailed them 3 times with no reply so i am obviously very angry, as is my sponsor. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

T N. ah, because the ratings should actually reflect your experience with the company. it has less to do with the aesthetics of the site and more to do with how the business treated you - that'll help other consumers decide whether or not to do business there.

Very poor communication. On hold for ages.
Kit was dispatched then when i rang to find out delivery there was a problem at warehouse. They never told me.
Have now cancelled order. Chasing up my refund and they seem to have lost the ability to awnser the phone.
Bring on small claims court and baliffs. I will go out of my way now to cause these guys aggro.

I have seen more work in a sick than this company.
Have now gone with KITKING. ............Very good site. Next day delivery.

a bit of poo came out when i read the reviews after parting with £500...I should of read them before purchasing (schoolboy)... so i took the view and stance of being over nice to them as being aggressive or angry seemed to get the rest of these reviewers no where... everything i read, happened to me as well,,its not in the country, waiting for the socks, lost my previous email with printing instructions on...They just seem to delay as long as possible for some reason and make up stories to keep the delivery date pushing back. maybe this happens sometimes but as i'd read what had happened to people before in seems too much of a coincidence. think they must import the expensive kits from thailand when ordered and thats why the wait is so long...i can only speculate ...I REALLY THOUGHT THEY WERE A BOGUS COMPANY, but after a 5 weeks i've received my kit and i have to say its very good quality and am very happy.
so if you don't mind waiting, alot of phone calls and worry, go for them as they are the cheapest... i think i'd been much happier if they'd just said its going to be 5 weeks and told me the truth,,, instead they promised me week after week that'll be there in a couple of days..played with my emotions, i've gone gray... phew

Sent a number of emails to the staff at ProSoccerUK with a few questions regarding kits and prices etc. Seemed very helpful at the time, but obvious now it was simply to guarantee themselves a sale. Ordered £400 worth of kits, was told they would arrive within 10-15 working days at worst. Been a month now and nothing. Tried to contact them numerous times but absolutely no reply at all. Avoid at all costs.

I can't believe the negative reviews; I have used pro soccer for years for buying my football kits, rain jackets etc. If I ever need anything for the team I look at pro soccer UK first. I have always had great customer service, they always answer my calls and send e-mails to confirm purchase, I would recommend this site to any football team as it has everything you need!!

I ordered £2,100 of kits from this website, and first of all they never sent an invoice, but took the money out my account, so I had no proof of purchase. Eventually they typed up an invoice in an email, but it was really unprofessional.

The kits took 3 months to arrive, WAY over their 21 day limit. I couldn't contact them (through email, phone or even lawyers letter), and I had no idea whether my kits ever came. When they came, 3 of my shirts had no numbers on them, despite the fact I paid for them all to be numbered, so I've had to pay to get them numbered.

The kits were decent quality, but the hassle and worry were not worth the product. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just a huge thank you for swift serviceand to say we are delighted with the printing ans tops/jackets purchased.

The kids love them !! we will definatley be back for more !!

I needed a certain shirt for my son as i had ruined his in the wash , i was advised that delivery was approx 10 working days and that i would not get the shirt before Christmas which was a nightmare as my son had a charity match he needed it for on the 22nd. All the staff were so helpful and managed to locate one in the showroom slightly bigger than i needed but i was so grateful, the shirt was printed and sent within 48hrs... so impressed and grateful and the shirt arrived on the 19th in plenty of time for hil Match.... Ok so i waited 4/5 weeks for my kit but when it arrived it was FANTASTIC !!!!! and well worth the wait... I purchased a cheap kit and had to wait for it to arrive but the quality was great for the cheap price i paid for it and the Team gave me greif over the weeks we waited but were over the moon when they saw it all printed and ready to wear for the match.. Not sure us looking like pro's will make us play like pro's but thank you prosocceruk for your help with sorting out the logos for the kit and the speedy delivery once it had finally arrived to you.

Everything was great. Also a very fast response time on my email.
This is certainly a store that I would recommend to my friends.

The amount of choice you have in the store of prosocceruk.co.uk is amazing.

I would say good value for money
