A friend of mine send a beautiful arrangement, but because of the cold weather here in NY, it was frozen by the time I got home from work & found it outside. I called a day or 2 later and the rep (Sheryl Ann) assisted me and replaced the froze plant with a new one at no charge. I was even able to change the destination to my office to avoid the plant freezing again. She was a pleasure to work with and it was fairly quick. I am very happy & would use them again, and again! :)

After complaining about my first gift hydrangea which died within the week, I received a replacement which arrived looking beautiful. The very next morning the whole plant was wilted, even though I had followed directions to the letter. I called, demanding a refund for my daughter's account, not another replacement. She told me the next day she had received the refund, but neither of us will ever order from ProPlants again.

This was the second shipment and I am always home too cold with no insulation for this product! Expensive

Tip for consumers:
Do not send potted plants from this company in winter they are not protected from the freezing temperature. This was my second plant because the first was also damaged !

Products used:
Potted rose bush was a valentine gift.

My cousins just sent me a Bark Potted Orchid plant and all the flowers except 2 are fallen off you had a fine net over them and the flowers had already fallen off in the netting. Very disappointing.

My Mother's day plant arrived late and half dead. I don't totally blame the shipper, as it sat in a hot truck or warehouse for 3 days since UPS does not deliver on Saturday as promised and never arrived until 7pm Monday night, sitting on the truck since 830 AM

I bought a groupon for 15 dollars for 30 dollars worth of flowers from proplants. The shipping alone is 12.99, there is a 2.99 handling fee, and then taxes. I wish you did not have to get all the way to the end of check out to know the total price.

So disappointed. A dear friend sent me a teacup rose plant from this company. It started dying almost immediately and within 2-3 days was dead. I'm reluctant to even tell her about it because her heart was in the right place. Shame the company's heart isn't.

I received a potted rose bush for mother's day. It is wilted and most likely will die. I called wecare and talked to a gal in the Philippines. Could not understand her. Kept asking for someone else to talk to but she could not provide someone. I finally understood her to say that my husband would get a refund. They do not replace plants. This company is a total rip off. Do not order from them.

I received a gift from my daughter for Mothers Day. The plant had something very wrong with it. Black spots everywhere upon arrival. I tried to contact them but no response. Also, it was not the plant my daughter ordered... if they would have dealt with the disease issue, I could have forgiven the wrong plant problem but they did not respond to my email communication. Do not use this company.

Mother's Day, pretty important to me and especially my mom.
Just wait until you see what she received, called them 5 times and could not get an English speaking person on the phone.

Don't use this company. If there is a problem, you cannot get hold of anyone who speaks understandable english. Plant came needing to be potted. It came with a much too large ceramic pot. Don't know if I should use regular potting soil. No information packed with plant. Was late for Mothers Day. My son should get a refund.

My son sent me Lilly for mother's day.? It didn't look very good, but everyone said how easy to grow. I google called, did everything still no luck. Call about it the lady was RUDE! Said she couldn't find were I had ordered anything. Well Captain Obvious I didn't order it. 4 times told her that. She finally said SOMEONE MIGHT call me back. She also told me that did not sound like their flowers. Well I looked at reviews, sounds like it's just like their stuff. Stay away from Proplant! Unless you need dead or dying ones for Halloween

We received a plant from my family for my mother-in-law that passed but received a dead plant. What a horrible way to be reminded of death. Thank you for the horrible service. Btw the plant doesn't look like it's been damead from the travel. It looks dead longer than a week.

I received a rose plant as a Mother's Day gift. It has arrived today, one day after Mother's Day.
The plant is barely alive. Many leaves gone. Only 3 roses are trying to survive. The quality of what I received is really bad. I feel bad for my husband who was really looking forward to give me this gift.

What was represented on line wasn't even close to what was received. Paid over $150.00 for a centerpiece that had almost half the plants they showed, marketed as 12" to 24" tall, it was actually 7", and when I called, I couldn't understand the customer service rep, had to repeat the order number 3 times, and then they said they confirmed the order was delivered so what was the problem. I gave up... My order number was ************** so this is an authentic review.

A potted Plant and vase wrapped in celephane with a heavy rubber band; cut the flowers off the plant. Called to find out who had sent them so that I could tell them what happened to their wonderful plan for me. The FOREIGN speaking girl said she could not find that a delivery was ordered for me and call back later when I can find an order number. So if there was no name on my card and the tracking number for UPS did not show her I had a delivery and I don't work there; what am I expected to do later DUH

I bought two Groupon vouchers in Hope's of purchasing a flower for my mom and myself. I placed an order the Wednesday before Mother's day and paid extra to ensure delivery on Mother's day. The plant did not arrive until late the next day. I contacted ProPlants and explained my disappointment. I agreed to a store coupon to fix this but I never received it, but instead received an email stating my card would be refunded. Still almost two months later customer service has not responded on the reimbursement of this order. I did not use the second voucher nor will I ever purchase from this place again or its affiliates.

I do believe the hydrangea was diseased as it had webs on the leaves.
The blossoms died, the leaves dried up and now the stems are dead. Have emailed the address on the card but no response so will tell my daughter-in-law to demand a refund. It was a lovely Mother's Day gift until it died.

Their customer service was worse than lousy! They hung up on me the two times that I called and refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager. I'll never deal with ProPlants again.

Received a succulent for Mother's Day. It arrived broken and the dirt all over. The plant was very small. The Chocolates were melted, had to be thrown away.
Very disappointed. There is not a picture on the web site of a plant as small as I received.
The pot is about 2 1/2 inches.

Received a wooden box with 4 very small plants. Obviously the delivery box and been turned upside down. Got a box with 4 very, very small plants which were dumped out of their small plastic pots. Leaves yellow and broken. Told my SIL to dump this company and to see if she could get a refund.

Just received one of their "gifts" from a loved one. Daffodils in summer? What a sad rip-off for unsuspecting people. Their product is crummy. Go with ProFlowers, not this Chinese outfit who is trying to canabalize the ProFlowers name.

Call a LOCAL flower shop and place your order! VERY poor quality and expensive for what you get! MOST funeral homes will not accept them due to the poor quality and having to deal with the family being up set at the way they looked! Have to give a one star cause they will not let you submit without a star!

Save your money! My son and his wife know how I love plants, so for my birthday they sent me a Lily of the Valley Bulb Garden. It arrived late and when I opened it, there was a very small pot with undersized "bulbs" I was concerned right from the beginning, but was willing to give it a try. They grew for about a week and then one bulb died and buds for the flowers turned yellow and are dying. I'm so sorry that my son wasted his money and really don't want him to feel bad. Stay away and save your money! FYI I'm an experienced gardener and have grown bulbs in pots many times.
