DO NOT BUY from Proglasses. The site looks professional, but has no contact address. The company is based in Malaysia and buy cheap fakes from China.

Prices are high, so you think you are buying authentic glasses. They SAY that the glasses are authentic, but they are not. These are plastic imitation (the best I have seen), but still FAKES!

When I complained they said they sell 30,000 glasses. It seems that this is what they always say, there are complaints going back to last year and they still say
30,000!! It is too expensive to return them so you will be stuck with them!

I was lucky, I used PayPal and disputed the authenticity of the product and got a full refund.

BUY FROM PROGLASSES AT YOUR PERIL!

Alexis P. Ohhh! I usually refer people on disputing their claim with their credit card company, but I forgot to mention about paypal! Hopefully people can see your review and know that too!

This is why I refer people to paying through paypal or something similar rather than something like Western Union, becuase Western Union doesn't protect the consumer at all and if you pay with that, you are out of luck. =/ Thanks for your comments, it was really appreciated.

I recently purchased some supposed Ray-Ban 3025 aviator sunglasses from proglasses.org, after asking them whether they were genuine or not. They said all of their products are 100% authentic. Quote from proglasses.org: "They are 100% authentic".
I have many "real" pairs of Ray-Bans & these seemed incorrect when I got them & compared. They were meant to be a gift for my girlfriend. I am not giving her fake glasses of poor quality. I questioned proglasses.org & once again I quote the reply: "Sorry to inform that we do not sell fakes glasses." Still not convinced I wrote to the true manufaturers of Ray-Ban sunglasses...Luxottica questioning them about proglasses.org being a dealer in authentic Ray-Ban sunglasses. I quote the true manufacturer's reply: "Thank you for your email. I have searched for the information requested and found that proglasses.org is not an authorized dealer."

DO NOT BUY SUNGLASSES OR ANYTHING FROM PROGLASSES.ORG, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The real Ray-Ban 3025's (once you take into account the shipping charge from proglasses.org) is not that much more at a regular reputable high street shop. That's what I'll be doing next. Tried to save a few dollars & it has completely backfired with these charlatans. If they had told me they were reasonably good replicas & were honest about it, that would have been fine. Some people are prepared to accept replicas...I'm just not one of them. A very poor company to deal with in my eyes...Don't do it!!!

item's delivered damaged,no refunds,glasses returned and claim not to have been received by them, I am disgusted they they can carry on trading,other review sites have similar comments, BUY AT YOUR PERIL!!!
