My order was delivered by UPS to the wrong address. I must say that UPS did not handle the issue very well. I had to keep following up on it and they told ME to contact the shipper! ANyway, Luis was AWSOME and promptly replaced my order and even threw in a little something for my troubles! The Gelogic gel polish is fab and the service is even better!
Ordered several of the same items on the 8th of month. Money was removed, called about product 18th, was told they were not in stock not sure when they were getting them. Called back the 23rd and told they were shipped the 19th. Called the 27th, told they weren't getting them back in. Never shipped, now waiting for my money back. This is not the way a business is ran. I was never informed it was out of stock or back ordered!
