I ordered a $15 lipstick & they marked it as shipped. 10 days later they never delivered the package to the shipment store so they essentially stole my money. Avoid at all costs

Yeah dont give your money away for free.

Ordered Pods and Watch. And the quality of the product is extremely bad. After calling the customer care number for almost 10 days the number doesnt get connected at all. Have written to them for returning the products but no response from them through email or instagram. And more over selling these fake products 4 times the cost of orders.

Tip for consumers:
All these are fake products. Please go for the original ones only. Sasta roye baar baar Menhga roye aik baar……..

Twice I ordered a Panasonic phone system. Twice I was shipped the wrong model number product. I was told I would receive a $6 shipping credit once they got the returned item back, but was later told something different (meaning: no return shipping credit.) They also gave me a partial refund (restocking fee applied) on each phone, and I had to call to get the full refund.
I hoped the first order was just a simple mistake, but I feel like I'm the idiot for trusting them twice. I'm not out almost $21 for shipping fees.
I will say shipping was fast, and the phone reps were polite (just very inconsistant with what they told me). But I would be hesitant to order this site, especially with so many others out there.

They don't keep their word. Terms and conditions.The transport îs very bad. You have to pay extramoney.

Try an other provider. The product îs good.

DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this place! I purchased a GARMIN GPS for my husband, returned it - they kept $68.00! The box WAS NEVER OPENED! WTF!
DO NOT trust the person on the phone to say the refund will be in FULL
THEY LIE!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!
I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE IN ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND ABOUT THIS SITE! My husband is on the sailing circuit there.
I am also going to go on YELP, and any other social media I can to WARN people about this company.

I really wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. I ordered Serene TV 95 sound headphones. They do NOT work whatsoever Unable to get anyone to talk to me. If you call their customer service, you are told that you are 1 in queue and then after several minutes it hangs up on you. Unless you want to gamble that you will buy something that is perfect condition, I would stay far away from this company.

These people are the worst at communicating and order fulfillment. Save yourself some frustration and immediately go someplace else for what you need. Not professional and absolutely the worst customer service. Avoid at any cost!

BAD IDEA! I ordered items with 2 day airmail, 4 days later I e-mail them 3 times over the next about my order, it took them 2 weeks to get e-mail back to me. Big Mistake dealing with these people! I ordered the from a local store.

Wow, ordered an item from Premium Store early one morning, never again! In short Premium Store called me to verify shipping address later that day. Which I thought was very odd being that they had already charged my account. I was thinking that maybe they were verifying item ordered. Okay, so I verify my shipping address and was told to expect my item within 5 to 7 business days. I waited eagerly in participation checking my mailbox everyday only to receive a email on day 7 informing me that the item I ordered had been discontinued! Went back to their website hoping that they would a least take the discontinued product down. Nope its still listed as available.

Not very helpfull, bought an item a GPS first it was my mistake didnt read it was a refurbished unit, well ok but then it didnt even work so i called up Garmin and they said they had nothing to do with it then i called up Premium store and they said i am to call Garmin, listen i am tired of games i sent it back as a non working unit requested my money back and they still charged me a 15 % for restocking. I went back and called Premium and requeswted for the 15 % restocking and they said they had requested it from paypal so we will see what develops Be Aware

I ordered a Wahl shaver from this site. The shaver was $2.00 less on this site than on Target.com. So, I ordered it. Two days later, UPS had the item in my hand. Unfortunately, the delivery was only the positive part of this story.

I turned on the shaver and was glad to see it was fully charged. I started to shave my face and noticed the shaver wasn't cutting. I opened the cover and saw the cutting bar assembly was missing from the inside. The only things that was present was the post that the bar assembly rests on. I called the site's customer service number, pressed 3 for Customer Service and spoke to a person on the phone. I explained my issue to the Cust Svc rep and he told me that the shaver doesn't come with a cutting bar assembly. What?!? I asked the person why not. He pointed me to the list of contents on the website. I asked him, "why would I purchase a shaver without a cutting bar assembly?" That doesn't make sense to me. He said the unit doesn't come with one. That's crazy! After asking him the same question again, he asked if I wanted to talk to a customer service rep. I asked who was he, he said he was in the processing area. Okay, pressing 3 for customer service routes the caller to the processing area. He transferred me to someone else who then transferred me to a third person who put me on hold. I hung up and called Wahl directly. They shipped me a piece right away, no questions asked. Premuimstore has some serious customer service issues. The only reason for a two-star rating instead of a one-star rating was for the immediate delivery. My advice, order from someone else if you can!

The worst! Switched the item ordered to a much cheaper one, wanted me to pay the return postage, plus a restocking fee and their shipping! Total thieves, stay away.

I have Panasonic phones and found this website to have good prices on what they note as "Panasonic" batteries. A 4 pack for $17.99 and free shipping. They usually run $20 for 2. The batteries I received were not Panasonic but some no name generics. After 2 weeks the batteries went dead and only then did I look up reviews on complaint websites and found there was alot of complaints about this company. I called the company and explained the batteries went dead and that they were not Panasonic. The sent me 4 replacements at no charge. What I got were "Phillips" batteries. At least a name brand but when I looked up prices for these batteries they sell for $7 - $9 for 4. I still got ripped off! People that wrote into some of the complaint website that wanted to return the batteries also mentioned that to return them you have to pay a restocking fee and pay for the return postage yourself! BAD COMPANY! But, I did find a good company called Digikey.com for batteries. Check out my review for them.
