Placed an order in May 15th of 2015. Payed extra for shipping so i can have it within 3 to 5 business days for a birthday gift. June 1rst 2015 i checked the tracking. Nothing. Call them and waited 35 minutes for customer service. Supposedly i was the the first in line to be answered for the past 35 minutes. I finally hung up. No refunds. Didn't answer my e-mails and just took my money. Scam, scam, scam...

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered some things my daughter asked to get by a certain date. Website indicated items were in stock. I paid for overnight shipping, received a confirmation email for my order and then after 3 days I checked my order status only to find that nothing shipped and all items are backordered.
