The guys that run it are always very responsive and informative and the quality of their products is the very best. All this at the lowest prices I've come across on the net - definitely would recommend.

polatzoheadshop.co.uk is a scam.

This site stole $110 from me. I emailed several times and they only sent an email (FROM A NON-FUNCTIONING EMAIL) asking me if my address was valid.

Why would they email an address to ask if it was a valid address? If I receive the email, it obviously works. The people who run the shop were just being $#*!s. It sucks that I am apparently the first person to receive TERRIBLE service from this site as most of the reviews online are good. But this happens to most RC sites: after a while they try to get out of the business by $#*!ing over all their customers and setting up a new shop that is legit for a while. Apparently the next shop will be polatzoheadshop.com, as it was recently registered.

richard g. ive used this site for a while now. the dude running it, is fast to respond and incredibly friendly. there was once a mix up on my order and he/she went well and beyond what was nessersary to sort me out and keep my happy. i find it mad to read about this site is a scam. i wonder how he concluded that?

products are priced well and not cut or crap, fullly reccomend, have fun shoppers :D

I've used this site a few times now and its been great service every time,
the product list seems to get longer every time i visit the site,they sell all sorts-
smoking mixtures,ethnobotanicals,pipes and a very good range of research chemicals sold at very good prices, probably the best value i've yet come across.
ANYWAY I TRUST THEM AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY LOOKING
FOR AN AFFORDABLE DEAL.
