I placed my order on 11/19/13. After 5 emails and just as many phone calls, I still have not received my product. It has been almost 30 days and I have been unable to get anyone to respond in any way, but they deducted the cost of the product ($75.00) immediately.

Requests for information on orders go days and weeks without response. Orders with expedited shipping not shipped by that method despite hgiher cost.
