placed an order on 16 feb the money was taken straight away and never recieved any goods. emailed the company on 3 occassions and had no response.
dont use this site!!!
We need to do something about this. This is unacceptable.
I ordered items from this site via Paypal. My account was debited but I never received my items, not even a receipt. I keep sending emails and I am being ignored. Meanwhile they send emails about promotions and events they will be attending. Very frustrating. And sad, coming from a hijab (islamic items) retailer.
I do not recommend this website.

My problem was resolved, but I still don't recommend it as the order wasn't received and this is the main thing.

sara c. i just wanted to say, i ordered my products yesterday and got them this morning. The service was great on the phone. You were very helpful! I just saw 2 negative comments and wanted to put mine in, i think the above two are rare occasions. Its great to have muslim business to buy from, we all make mistakes so as muslims we should learn to forgive and apprciate the service they are trying to give, rather than bad mouthing them! love you pinz x

Dear all, this is the comment of the employee, she wrote the same in email to me (about bad mouthing and muslims) 7 minutes ago.
Sana it's ok-just send the order and i will write "the order is received", don't try to laught out your customers.

princess q. Forgive what? Stealing people's money? This isn't bad mouthing. This is telling the truth and warning fellows sisters or brothers. It is a shame that a muslim business would do things like this. If they are not sending the items and not giving the money back knowingly, then this is stealing.
The same thing happened to me. I have been sending them emails and they keep ignoring me or acting dumb. But I will get my money back inshallah. One way or the other. I know they sent an email saying they will be at an event this coming Sunday July 17th. If I don't get my refund by then, They will hear from me. This world is very small.
