I bought a $347 dress from this company. Picked dresses.com. I ordered a size 6. It came and was too small. Their website advertises that you can return if it isn't satisfactory. They purposely mislead customers and they WOULD NOT RETURN IT! $347 down the toilet. I sent photos to them, The zipper won't even do all the way up. Nope. No returns… Only buy from this company if you want to throw your money in the garbage. Totally unprofessional and not at all up to the standard that we expect in North America. They need to pull up their socks or don't ship to our countries where businesses are reputable and honest, and customer satisfaction matters. From what I read after the fact. There are MANY unsatisfied customers. My message for pickeddresses.com is this. " If you don't accept returns, advertise that you don't. Be truthful. But don't say you do when you really don't. Countries like Canada and The USA don't like business that lie."

Think twice before ordering from this website. Their website clearly states returns are accepted within 7 days. They claimed it was a custom order and kindly said they would return 40% of our money if we return the dress. They are also ignoring any follow-up from my daughter and myself.

The dress was a size or two big on me but I'm happy about that because I can tailor the dress to my body. The quality is so impressive, the lining is substantial, and the fabric is very opaque. It's gorgeous. I bought this as a maid of honor dress... just to test the products out. I will be getting all the dresses from Pickedresses in the near future.

My Daughter bought a dress that looked nothing like the picture and did not fit. She contacted "customer support" and was told that she got the size she requested. She tried explaining that not all size 10 dresses fit all size 10 girls and only wanted to return the dress. They have said they would not take it back. She offered to pay for return but they still said "no". She tried contacting them and the company has cut off all contact and not responded in 2 weeks.

This dress turned out to be even better than expected! The fabric was heavy and elegant to wear and the color is exactly as pictured. Pickedresses offered great customer service and a fast delivery time. I would defiantly recommend this dress because it has such a nice fit and there are so many ways to wear it, making it very versatile!

I ordered a dress from this site, the picture was stunning...
When the dress came in the mail it was the ugliest dress i've ever seen. Can not wear it and will not be able to resell.
No refunds or exchanges.

Purchased this dress along with prom dresses - we are absolutely thrilled with the quality. The delivery time was exceptionally fast. I can't thank you enough for making my special day amazing. Ordered 2 months ago a dress. I paid 170 plus extra to have it Jan 26. Two months later and still no dress. They tried to tell me that my dress was getting thrown out at customs even thought I call customs and provided them all the information they wanted. Customs sent the dress back because the seller didn't give them the inflation they needed. Pickedresses tried to tell me that It was getting thrown out in the garbage even thought customs told me they sent it back AND gave me tracking. Over 30 emails and still no dress. Seriously this is not a trustworthy site. Go to one the you know people have received quality products from.

Poor quality. Wrong Colour. Wrong size. Bad stitching. Do not trust the positive opinions regarding this company. I gaurantee they are comments from their own company employees or owners. It is a complete scam.

I was skeptical about ordering my prom dress online, After a lot of research and consideration, even after reading the reviews, i still unsure, I thought i would not lose thousand if it was not was what it appeared, so i just ordered it, and when i got it, wow, the dress was made of high quality and really stunning! I love it so much, Thank you. I am very happy.

They say the dresses are custom made but there's nothing custom made about ordering a size 12 dress.

I was worried ordering from so far away. However this dress was enticing. The packaging was so carefully made to protect the dresses. This dress is a princess dress truly. The weight, the material. The look on my daughters face when she saw herself in the dress was truly priceless. Thank you for the dress. It is truly lovely. We could find nothing locally tasteful, age appropriate, and timeless.

This dress is a complete load of rubbish - terrible fabric, bust is completely flattened, sequins dropping off already and worst of all it has been cut so badly that you can't even get the dress on - even my youngest daughter who is a size smaller than me couldn't even get it past her thighs! The company refuse to take it back and just keep saying to "take it to a local tailor"! Their website is very misleading and leads you to believe they will take returns - THEY DON'T! AVOID!

Absolutely in love with my dress. It shipped a lot quicker than I expected and it's so beautiful. I ordered the color that was pictured on the model and I am extremely pleased with how it looks in person. For the price I definitely got what I expected, and would highly recommend ordering a dress from Pickedresses.

We had the dress custom made from our own measurements and it fit's perfectly. It is beautifully made, even down to the seam detail. We were a little apprehensive after seeing a few bad reviews but our worry was totally unjustified. I am very impressed and will be buying a dress for myself for an occasion next year.

I was looking to order dresses for my bridesmaids that were cheaper than the dress shops.

We were able to decide on style and went ahead to order. We ordered an off shoulder dress in Burgandy. What arrived was a beautiful dress well made and true to size but in candy apple red. I reached out to their customer service let them know that the color was wrong at which point they messaged back saying the dress was custom (although I chose standard sizing) and they would not accept a return as the color was right on their part and that this was their version of Burgandy. They were willing to give me 10% off of new dresses and because of the quality. I decided to try again to get the color I want. Desperately wanting to get the color exactly right, I asked customer service how getting the color Iwould be possible. As a reply They sent me pictures of their factory swatches. I chose the color closest to the color Burgandy I wanted. Yet again the dresses arrive quickly but for the SECOND time they are the WRONG color.

In my opinion they make quality dresses but I do believe that the lack the attention to detail stops their dresses from being top notch.

If you are a bride thinking of ordering dresses online and have a specific color scheme in mind. DON'T order from this company as it may not come out the way you hoped. They will not only refuse to accept responsibility but will refuse to reimburse you for dresses you do not want.

So buyer beware!

I ordered a prom dress from this site. It definitely came from China. While the dress is OK, it is nothing like what was listed. I ordered a black lace over cream liner dress... it is a cream dress with black lace... meaning it was supposed to look like a black dress with cream lining peeking thru, instead it is a cream dress with thin black lace over top. This site does cheap knock offs. Any site that shows the models with their heads removed is a knock off site... just learned that on the TODAY show. While the dress is still pretty, we will keep it and have some alterations made as returns to China is a colossal hassle. I would not recommend it to anyone! Hope this helps you.

Good quality and it is just as pretty as the pic. The fit was on target and it only needed to be hemmed. I loved how it came in a variety of colors. I got it in white. The shipping time was just as it was stated. I received the dress in about 4 weeks. So satisfied.

For me The experience with the company is good. I bought a dress it came in before it was originally supposed to arrive fits perfectly and it looks really good. Also I cancelled one other dress within the 24 hours period allowed. It took 16 days for me to get the money back but I had contacted them about it and someone explained to me that it would take from 10 to 15 days to get it back so I expected it. The person I contacted was really nice and professional also.

I Like most people, we were apprehensive about buying a prom dress on line - without trying it on but my daughter wanted this one and we couldn't find it locally. We took the chance and OMGosh... I'm glad we did! Seriously, it was a stunning dress. We couldn't have been happier and she looked amazing!

My friend and I bought two dresses together last month. The dresses we received today are so beautiful. We are so glad to buy dresses from you. The dresses are totally the same as what we saw on the site. The beads on the dress are AMAZING! They shine beautifully at the light when I try the dress on. I do not even want to take it off. I love it so much. And my friend also love her black dress, a very sexy one.
And the customer service is great. They send me everything in time, my order information and the shipping notification. Their reply is not that fast as I expected. It may take one day for them to reply. But I totally understand it because of the busy season.
Anyway, thank you for the dresses. We will buy our senior prom dresses from you guys next year.

I really love the dress, it fits perfectly like a glove, and it 's very comfortable to wear. I'm very happy with it, it feel, looks and is beautiful. The fabric was just as i wanted, and it was just gorgeous. I've gotten loads of compliments. And thank you for sending me the pattern to it, so i could make it myself.
