I've been using www.phone.com for more than a 2 years. I can say that this VoIP provider is a great one. They never give me a problem in my everyday connection. Thank you Phone.com.
I believe that most of these new VOIP companies pretend to need your business if you are a small account, but once they establish that, and you are unwilling to sign a contract for one or two years, they don't even bother to call you back. One of the reasons Vonage has been successful is that the single-line guy is important. Anyway, they have to make money, but I hope they just tell you that right away. No one would, but they missed out on a huge opportunity because the single line call was merely a test of the service.

This works perfectly. I no longer have to keep track of my cell phone around the house. Worked so well in my first location that I bought one for my second home. Reception is great and unit is attractive, requiring very little space.
