I was a little skeptical about Perfection because of former reviews and how low they have dropped their prices. The building is beautiful, very high end! The new staff are highly educated and are all estheticians, medical estheticians and doctors which is very comforting, they know the stuff inside and out. I will continue come here for skin treatments and laser hair removal.

I bought a package at this place against my better judgement that was valid for 1 year for treatment every 3 weeks. I had an appointment scheduled for May 2, but they called and cancelled as the girl was sick. I rescheduled for 1 week after, and then they claim they suffered a break in that week. I've been sending messages to two different phone numbers, and getting strange replies. They keep claiming they are trying to deal with insurance, but I can't believe that business insurance would take 3 months to resolve unless something shady happened. I just texted the number I have to request a refund, but I doubt I'll ever get it. We should figure out a way to get all the clients that were wronged by this place and make sure that we get what we paid for. I'll check this review site back to see if anyone else is going through the same issues.

So mad. Paid $1500. 00 for 5 treatments, only got one cause they said someone broke in and stole all their equipment. This happened in June. No phone call from them no updates. Feeling like I got scammed.

I've always been prone to breakouts, nothing crazy but enough to bother me and make me feel like everyone was staring at the zit on my forehead. I've tried hundreds of spot treatments and cleansers, creams whatever was said to work I've tried. I was at Perfection for laser hair removal and the suggested a free liquid dermabrasion treatment. The treatment was very gently just felt like a vacuum sucking on my face, I was red afterwards and my acne seemed to get worse, they ensured me that was a normal thing because they are lifting all the bacteria to the surface "worse before it gets better" kind of thing… so true... perfection cosmetics edmonton is awesome guys really visit this place.

Perfection cosmetics is just awesome i had visited for laser hair removal for underarms and was done so nicely and the staff is very cooperative also the doctor explained me very well about the laser treatments and was very affordable. So highly recommended to all
