Before I start sharing my views, I would like to put this is as a disclaimer that the views I am going to express are solely mine. Although, I didn’t want to add this formality on my individual opinion but I don’t want that the people should form their thought according to me for I am not a dictator but a pen friend. And thereby I want people to figure out by themselves the truth behind PCCare247 services. Let me take you through my experience with them, last year my son had gone to Singapore and on returning, he brought a digital camera as gift for me. I was really happy to receive such an advance camera with the fine picture quality and high definition video quality. Since then, I captured all the special moments into it, but last week, when I was in New York with my wife on a vacation, my wife asked me to take photograph of her with the ‘Statue of Liberty’, and I when I tried to click the snap, it came as a shock, that the camera had gone out of order. Now, imagine you are in a strange city, and every other person is a stranger to you, then how can you trust one that the other won’t take you for a ride. But then I contemplated for a moment that where to go for help and in the process, I recalled that PCCare247 along with the computer support, also gives the assistance for digital camera support. And just few minutes after that I made a call to them at their toll free number to register my query and in matter seconds my camera started working as earlier. Thus, I give PCCare247 services ‘a thumbs up’.

In February 2012 I purchased the full 3 year package from this company that cost me $399 plus cents. Month after purchase I had a problem with the computer and tried to get in touch with them through various telephone numbers that were posted on my contract. I also wrote an email to get whatever information I could get from them. I was not able to get a hold of them and never received the support promised me. I'm writing this report on November 26th 2014 because I already have given up on getting any type of satisfaction from Pccare247! Because of this experience, in my opinion I was ripped off! For this matter I am letting you know. Please be the wise before you use Pccare247.
