I purchased some balloons for my little boys christening party recently and they were meant to be dropped off and arranged in the pub before we arrived from the
church. They simply werent there when we turned up and i had already paid £50 for them. When i finally spoke to the man who runs the shop the next day it seems his driver dropped them off at the wrong pub. The pub is a 5 minute drive from his shop. How could they get it so wrong. Bitterly disappointed.
