They doesn't answer your mails correctly, they don't help you. They just want you to forget that they locked you account while there is still money on it.
They lack of technology is sad. They doesn't have 24/7 support chat like anybody else. Even though they write they will answer mail 24/7. See Pokerstars, which is a complete perfect poker site, actually answer your mail after 1 hour top! Party poker take days and days and days. Couldn't recommend party poker to anyone who want to enjoy playing some smooth poker.

While partypoker has its faults, it delivers a straight-up honest game - and that is the primary directive for a poker site.

Its minor faults? They certainly make it much easier to put money into the site than take money out - but it can be done.

And their pop-up notifications quite regularly obscure the table, so you can't see what has just happened - rather irritating when you've just been blown out of a tournament.

Last but not least, their tech support is awful; clearly reading pre-packaged responses off of a FAQ, with little understanding of the site or tech behind it.
