Thankfully I used my credit card for this purchase. The items were not as pictured. All items were not sent. When I ask the Pandora store about the items I was told they were fakes. Fortunately my credit card reversed the charges so I'm not out any money. BTW it looks like you are dealing with a company in London, but you are dealing with a chinese company

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! I've stupidly ordered £96 worth of "Pandora" charms from them and shock horror, it's a total scam! The stuff delivered was absolute junk! Not silver, not Pandora! I'm absolutely appalled that con artists like this are allowed to advertise on Google!
This site is an absolute con, do not buy from it, they should not be allowed to get away with selling cheap fake goods it's disgusting, and you will be sold a piece of tack plastic and will not get your money back, this site needs to be shut down and I'm going to do my best to make sure it is!
Do not buy anything off this website, yes its cheap, but it is not silver, but silver plated, therefore after a short period, your nice shiny Pandora bracelet, turns a lovely pink colour, as the cheap copper underneath shows through.
Do not buy anything from this site! They took my money immediately and I never received any goods from them. I have not received a refund despite numerous attempts to contact them.
I bought what they claimed to be pandora bracelet and charms. The bracelet was faulty so they refunded and I got another one but after wearing it the bracelet and charms went a brassy colour but when I complained they offered me £15.00 I have spenc £86.00. Now they say that because I have 1 refund they will got give another even though the goods are faulty. I even offered to pay the return postage but they will have none of it.
PLEASE BE WARNED THESE GOODS ARE NOT FIT TO WEAR AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - AND NO REFUND
