The Pakible team has been instrumental in helping my new startup get off the ground. This company totally redeemed themselves. Our first order was really late, not exactly what we ordered and sent no proof. But the quality of the box and the price brought us back. It also seemed like they made some huge strides with website integration and the chat feature was finally active! We were very pleased with our last order. I figure our woes before were simply due to the nature of a new company trying to figure it out. I'm glad they did!

For my company I was looking a company that could create affordable but good quality custom packaging. I stumbles on Pakible by accident. I like what I saw and took a chance with them. It was definitely the best accident to happen for my business.

Pakible is awesome! We printed 250 boxes with them and the quality was great. They're affordable, especially when printing low quantities. I love that something like this is available to small businesses and the like. The level of one-on-one customer service was amazing. Very difficult to contact and communicate with. Basically wasted my time and strung me along to only reject the request for whatever reason. They changed the entire site and design process which made it much worse.

Our company uses custom shipping boxes that I produced three years ago. This process entailed me to purchase blank flat boxes, finding a printer who could print on them, working with them for hours to configure my artwork, waiting for the production run to complete, and then transporting them to our office.

My experience with Pakible was completely different. I only did a short run of 25 boxes in order to sample their quality and service. I was impressed and have decided to be a returning customer. I created a full color Launch Box with our logo and some text. The web tool is pretty good and I was able to make it far into the process to submit my order. I had some concerns about the resolution and size of my graphics, but that was all fixed with a simple email. I reached out to the team and they accepted a vector file for my graphic and assured me that they had everything they needed for a great print.

Later, the flat boxes were delivered to our office and they looked great. The entire team loved them, especially the full color exterior, and the print quality was better than expected.

From this short run, we have decided to use Pakible for our next large run of custom boxes.

I love Packable. It was the ease of ordering small quantities that brought me, but it's the quality product and customer service that will keep me. I had a custom request over the Christmas holidays and they answered my emails almost immediately. They were and remain responsive, consistently helpful and kind. By the time I got back from break a pack of beautiful printed and folded boxes was waiting for me. I can't wait for more box sizes and more orders.

The box quality on our order was good, but the entire process leading up to receiving our order was painful. They were not responsive with customer service, and the pricing is somewhat bait and switch. We did not order from them again, and have since moved on to both Packlane and Lumi with better results and easier design process.

Pakible is really fantastic to work with! Their customer support is amazing and were willing to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. Also their service is quite amazing and one of a kind basically, from what I have seen. They were the only company I was able to find that allows small MOQ, no die buying, and quick turnaround. I have recommended their company to many people and would definitely use them again!

FedEx lost my boxes and these people were kind enough to ship my items again with no extra charge and give me a discount on top of it! Talk about customer service? Literally the best! I will only order boxes from now. #1 client :) Try them out

This company does not reply to emails and does not reply to their own embedded chat system. Waste of time and resources trying to use their services. Look elsewhere.

I used Pakible to order some custom cardboard boxes for one of our company's product offerings. The box customization was extremely user friendly and super easy to use. Ideally I'd like some more options, but given its ease of use it makes sense that they have to limit for advanced customization options.

Customer service is really great, both in response time and friendliness. It's probably the main reason we'll stick with them for our custom cardboard box needs, despite the slightly higher price of their product. But again, since we're ordering low quantities, I doubt we could do much better elsewhere.

I ordered 100 custom boxes from Pakible, and the whole experience was great. Pakible's batch-ordering system means that you have to plan your box order well in advance, but it also means that the boxes cost way less than most other custom packaging options. My company builds cloud-based software so we don't need physical boxes very often. That said, next time we do need boxes I'll definitely be calling on Pakible! I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to order beautiful, simple custom packaging. As an added bonus, the Pakible team is really friendly and helpful and they totally care about making sure you get what you want/need out of your order.

The only downside was that I never received a confirmation or tracking number after placing the purchase. So I really had no idea when to expect the boxes to arrive. They were also being delivered to my team in another city. Since there was no rush on this order, it was no problem. However, it would be nice to have a tracking number and confirmation included after payment.

Other than that, great service and I plan to use you guys again/recommend to friends.

Sent in our custom project to them on a fairly tight deadline. We needed to redesign our mailer boxes from scratch to get under FedEx/UPS's weight thresholds. Plus our product team wanted to hold our items in place inside our box, so we sent Pakible everything and they designed a custom insert piece to go inside.

They sent custom cut samples pretty quick (5 days or so), we had a couple small revisions to that and they made the changes and sent us another set of samples.

Quoting was a lot easier, basically they had a full rundown / call with our team to show us the 4 different suppliers quotes that bid on our packaging. Made it a lot faster to decide what route we wanted to go, and we confirmed the order the next day online.

Everything went to print, delivery went well, just a lot easier to work with the Pakible team than trying to hunt down individual suppliers. They did all that heavy lifting for us.

They are a horrible business. They lie to you when you contact them about your order. It takes weeks to receive responses to emails. It took a little over a month to even get a physical product that was promised for 10 days. On top of that, my boxes came with discoloration bands on some of the flaps for 8/10 boxes! Literally more than have were defective. They do not have quality control at all. It is obvious that they do not understand how to run an effective business. It is a shame they have these capabilities to print boxes, but no sense of running a business or handling customers.

I am starting a new project and am on the hunt for boxes for my product. I looked at a lot of choices and decided to try Pakible for some samples. I love that you can do a low quantity to start, as this allowed me to try these out without spending a fortune. The quality and timeliness of the boxes were unbeatable. Our logo looked great and it made me excited to package my things! I would suggest Pakible to anyone looking for fast, reliable and high quality, custom packaging.

Got 200 branded boxes delivered in 2 weeks. Was a pretty easy process with them. Seems they worked out the kinks on customer support and delivering on time that I noticed some people had troubles with in the past. They're now a really great option for custom packaging. Going to place another order with them next month when I need more boxes

I contacted Pakible to order boxes for my company. I loved the process of designing the box (so EASY) and the quality was really impressive! I'm excited now that they offer the poly-bags and look forward to ordering. I also received great responses from customer service on the chat and email! Awesome company and products!

Pakible has a great model on a market that needs some updating, and I believe they are leading the pack here.

My first experience with Pakible was with the launch program. While it took a little bit for them to work out the "kinks" in their model, it was well worth the wait. I use the boxes for our products and always receive complements from my customers.

Honestly the only site I know out there that doesn't have crazy MOQ's, an awesome and simple UI, very straight forward. And all in all, awesome product! Been referred to them by friends also in the y comb, def will be going back frequently!

Being a small food start-up Pakible has enabled me to print small batches of customized boxes which is something that conventional print shops don't do. They require larger orders. Pakible gives you flexibility which is pretty helpful for new companies. Large orders can be made as well for established companies.

You can easily create or upload your file and choose the quantity and see the cost in real-time. The boxes come in various sizes. I'm very excited about the poly-bags and look forward to more packing and printing solutions!

If you have ever dealt with conventional printing/packing shops, you'll really value Pakible. Dealing with conventional shops is super annoying. Pakible is simple, fast, transparent and ***flexible***.
