I was able to easily find my paint color on the website and even make changes shortly after my order since I noticed an error. The paint came in the mail two days earlier than expected! The color matches perfectly 👌 slightly different since my paint is original 2007 and has faded. So happy with my cute touch up kit. Thank you!
I received my paint that was supposed to be single stage, received base coat. Tried to get it replaced and was told I needed to buff it. Did that and in doing that it only removed the paint. Further proving it was base coat. Explained that and no more responses. Also this company is only a reseller and not the manufacturer. Every email I was told they needed to speak with the paint supplier.

Right price and great reviews
I ordered the color in a bottle and topcoat in a bottle. One thing that doesn't work is that if you put the paint on and leave it 20 minutes and try to sand it, it doesn't work good. I followed their directions and left the sanding between paint coats overnight and it worked great, then, after applying the two top coats, I left it for three days and then use the cutting cream

I received what I was I was promised with quick shipping. The paint color looks to be an exact match, but I haven't yet attempted to fix the scratch on my car as of yet.
I googled paint touch up and looked at the reviews which were good.
Still in process, but it all looks good. Nice spray pattern, contents arrive well protected from damage. I actually checked to see where I could get touch up paint before I purchased the car as I knew that the car needed some minor repair.
Site indicated color available for a 3000 limited edition Miata from the nineties.
After getting quoted full paint jobs because they "couldn't match the paint", by a couple of places for a few scratches, I figured there had to be a better solution! So I got online and searched products that would work. I can't across Paint Scratch. Their products are easy to use and work great. I'm still to the stage where I need to wet sand and blend everything in, but wow, what a savings for me! Recommend this for scratches to the metal for sure!
It was the best solution!
The best! Reached out to customer service because I was not able to identify one color. They came through! Highly recommend this company. 7.22

Previously purchased and was very satisfied
I finally made a couple of test cards to check the paint color.
Nicely done. This will be a good thing.
Judging from the information provided, it looked like your company is familiar with a great variety of colors from a great variety of eras.
All of the links to "how to" videos and instructions are convincing, too.
In 2 seperate orders I ordered 2-12oz cans of base coat and 1 can of clear coat using Fleetwood specific paint codes, *******K & *******K & high gloss clear coat. Base coat colors were exact match, maybe a bit darker due to sun fading of original paint. Problem was the high gloss clear coat mix was not clear coat, but instead was reducer. After spraying my base coats and waiting for the base to set I sprayed what was labeled clear coat over the base and the (clear coat) / reducer streamed off leaving a white streaky resldue over the surface, see attached photo. Using Paint Scratch's web site I filed a complaint and they immediately responded stating they are not responsible for paint matches and the clear coat needs to be applied by a professional paint shop. So, I used a good portion of the clear coat to remove the damaged portion of base coat down to the original prepared surface. I'm waiting to hear back from paint scratch to resolve the situation.
My paint came quickly and the color was great match. Thank you so much. Very satisfied with my experience.
They had the closest color match to what I needed.
The website is superb and made my first time experience with 2K paints very easy. The order arrived much sooner than originally expected. Looking forward to using it when weather improves and I have time. Many thanks!
Luckily stumbled upon it when searching the internet.
After placing my order, I realized I had 2 different paint codes for the same color offered by our RV manufacturer. Working with the customer support team, they made the extra effort to research and confirm that the 2 paint codes were the same color. While I felt certain that the paint codes were for the same color, their confirmation added a degree of confidence. Thank you!
Maybe I couldn't find it on the website, but one upgrade opportunity is to provide a downloadable PDF of the directions on how to use the product.
PaintScratch was recommended by our RV manufacturer.
Everything works well. It was easy to order and I like the how-to videos. I just wish you could lower the amount required for free shipping. It really adds to the total and if you are a high volume company, your economies of scale make it easier for you to cover than for individual consumers like me on a fixed income.
Also, it's a little thing, but it might help if you explain that the factory code is the letter or number attached to the paint code, like the second letter. I had to surmise this for myself and I'm still not completely sure I was correct.
The color was a little bit off, but as it is a scratch only, not a larger mark, I just went ahead with it.
I wish the rubbing compound came in a resealable container.
You really have to do a lot of rubbing to get a scratch filled and flush.
The website worked well. Everything was straightforward. Plus, the Honda factory parts website didn't work at all. I couldn't even search for the product! Thanks.
My Ford is painted a color not typically used, either in primary or trim, as local auto shops told me to go to Ford, who were zero help. Your online color patch convinced me of the correct match. The extra detail for the product helped me make sure I ordered enough to paint two bumpers already painted black. Good stuff
Color patch
Black 2015 GMC that's still looks new.
Had a few rock nicks and I scratch my tailgate slightly.
The color match was perfect and with some polishing compound and clear polished again you have to really look to find them.
Super happy

Appreciate the links to instructions and ideas. I've done some 'hobby' car painting in the past, so hoping this works well. This initial paint is on a 1994 BMW Racecar. If it goes well, I may order some for my red 96 BMW that has lost most of it's clearcoat...
To avoid the hassle of using my spray guns, filtered compressed air, etc. If this works well on the racecar (doesn't need to be 'street car' quality), I have 2 other car projects that I will use it on.
Order for can clear coat and touch up paint pen. Can arrived via UPS timely. Pen, however, took over a month. Paintscratch repeatedly told me it had been delivered and furnished the UPS data to confirm. But they originally told me the pen would be shipped via USPS. Paintscratch was quite confused. Pen was finally delivered after a month via USPS.
I got the runaround each of the several times I emailed showing them their own earlier emails and UPS message indicating UPS was waiting to pick up the pen. Dry frustrating.

Very pleased with my experience
From finding the correct color, size availability, placing my order to receiving and directions of how to apply. A great experience
Found on line and the configuration and process find more professional
I was paying with a credit card that didn't match my shipping address and it wouldn't let the order go through. I hade to stumble around on the website to figure out how to fix my order. It was a little stressful but in the end I changed my payment to another address and then had to go to that house to pick up the package. Anyways, service and Communication are great but payment portal is outdated. Thanks
Prompt and took care of everything. Very good
Easy to match colors
Went on well. Nozzles didn't fail during use. Color matches perfectly, in the sun And the shade! Well done folks. Thank you!
I am one of the few who keeps whatever year of car I have looking brand new, but I mess up sometimes as a driver. I appreciate this company giving me the ability to repair damaged body work and make it look like it never happened. My Ford Fusion's paint was a perfect match and looks factory fresh. Thank you again!
Recommended by my dad who has ordered touch up paint for his Ford Falcon.
My motorhome has a four color paint scheme. All four pens matched perfectly. Videos were very helpful.
Popped up on a Google search.
Very satisfied. I felt it could have arrived a bit faster, and price was similar to others, but not a exceptional value. That is why a 4 star and not 5 star rating.
Result of internet search.
We ordered two different touch up paints for our 40 year old two tone Lincoln. Both were great matches and arrived in a timely fashion. We are really please.
Their ability to match discontinued colors for vintage vehicles.
Received order quickly and was exactly what was needed for a pre-owned car we purchased to tow behind RV.
Read other reviews and price was reasonable.
Don't want to have this reviewed. Possible an isolated problem, not a reflection on the product.

PaintScratch was founded in 2000 by Collin Harris, before most people even knew shopping online was an option.
Collin accidentally dropped a pair of skis on his new car and they left a deep paint scratch on the hood. After trying a number of autobody shops, Collin was dismayed by the extremely high prices they were quoting to touch up the scratch. And that was just the shops that actually could track down the color - several said they were unable to match the formula for his paint. Collin thought that there just had to be a better solution out there.
Earlier in Collin's entrepreneurial career, he had spent time buying, repairing, and selling used cars in the Bay Area of California. He developed a great relationship with a local paint shop there, San Leandro Color, and relied on their expertise to formulate and mix paint for him.
Fast forward to the skis being dropped on his new car and no good options to fix the scratch, and Collin had an idea: let people buy inexpensive touch up paint kits online, mixed with the exact paint to match their vehicle. Collin reconnected with his friends at San Leandro Color, worked out the details, and the first orders were shipped in April 2000!
If you had an issue with our clearcoat, you should fill out the form at: https://www.paintscratch.com/support/returns.htm. Also, we do not sell reducer in a spray can so I'm unclear if this was even our product. We would never tell someone to have their paint applied by a professional! The whole idea of our site is for DIY!
