After ordering an NFL jersey, I was shocked that it went into paypal for an immediate payment to a foreign address. I did not receive an email confirmation, but was able to do an internet chat on their website with a "business agent". They gave me a shipping date and a usps tracking number. I received an excellent quality Reebok On Field jersey from a Shanghai China address in less than 10 days from the time I ordered it with "free shipping". Excellent product and value but, they need to improve their customer contact procedures.

We are having similar issues. My brother spent 465.00 on jerseys from another one of their sites and the jerseys showed up late, no confirmation emails or tracking, they are covered in stains and of very poor quality. I did get an email response that asked me to send pics, which I have done five times now, and they just keep replying that there are no pictures attached. BS. If you are smart you will never order from these people. I have a horrible feeling that he is out his 500 bucks.

This website is a scam, I agree with all others that have posted here. Please don't think you will get a refund for anything. They sent me double orders and then refused to give me a refund even though they are the ones who made the mistake. They had no trouble charging me double though. BE ADVISED do not order from them I lost a couple of hundred dollars to them. I wish I could file a complaint and have them shut down.

I agree with the other reviewers. There is no customer service for this company. They do not answer the phone or e-mail messages. When you go on the live chat support, they simply say they can not help. Delivery is very slow. Their Web site guarantees satisfaction, and the site tells you to contact them for a return authorization number. While on the live chat, I asked for a return authorization number and an address. I was told that they are in China and can not help me.

These people are total theives. I paid 89.99 for an NHL Jersey which they never shipped after 5 days I went to the customer support chat and demanded a refund.The operators won't give you their names and put you off saying they can't do it today. They finally gave me a tracking number which 5 days later proved to be a fake. Why the hell can't the FBI shut these jerks down? I am demanding my money back from PayPal and Visa, which I reccomend others do as well-----with enough claims eventually they will nail these dirt bags!

My daughtered ordered a shirt the beginning of December. We were told it was not available only after trying to contact them many times... we are still waiting for a refund. I contact them a couple times a week and am told the manager is very busy, the manager does refunds on Sundays, or the manager is out of town on business... it's almost three months later and despite being told many times that the refund would be issued we are still waiting!

This is the absolute worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. When you place your order, you get no email confirmation, only a receipt from PayPal indicating that your credit card was charged.

They do not answer emails. They do not answer their telephone.

I have waited 2 days for a confirmation email and haven't gotten anything. I know I have been ripped off by these people. So please don't use them.

I ordered a jersey that i was unable to get from anywhere else but instead of the $76 that was listed they charged my credit card $180! And 4 dollars for shipping huge scam

We must find a way to shut this site and company down. How can they be allowed to do business in America. If you did what they do in the US you would be in jail. All dissatisfied customers should write a letter to the Commerce Department. As far as getting your money back, Forget It. It will not happen.

I ordered a Bears jersey on 12-17-09 and expected it by Christmas. (website says 3-5 days) I received a shipping email (never an order confirmation) 12-23-09 saying it shipped 12-20-09 from SHANGHAI! Today 1-4-10 the carrier still has the same info. I have contacted overbestmall.com they told me it could be because of weather (for over two weeks how did the rest of the world get by!)I told them if I didn't receive my order by 1-11-09 (over 3 weeks of ordering) I would be disputing it with paypal/ and or my credit card company. We will see what happens. I would stay far away from this "company". Their web site is very misleading if not plain old lies!

I ordered my jersey in September. Took 3 weeks before it was mailed. 1st order wound up at JFK, and delivered to some New Jersey bum... Told them,"i want MY JERSEY within 7 days, or i'll find out what dive NYC hotel youre in and have you deported. And since i paid by PAYPAL, i filed a REFUND...

GUESS WHAT?

I got the jersey 6 days later(from China) & my money back from PAYPAL...

And to all you JERKS who didnt use PAYPAL, HAHAHAHA!

I ordered a Favre Vikings jersey Adult M 48 for a Christmas gift. A Youth M 12-14 was sent. I've been trying to get the correct jersey shipped ever since, but I'm having a lot of the same issues everyone else has had. Nobody answers their phone number, no email responses, spotty on-line support. I've actually chatted with them numerous times, but they either wanted me to place another order and "get big discount" or ship the other jersey back to China for $40 or they ignore me after a while. Last night someone said they would talk to their "manger" and email me back. Nothing since.

I guess I should almost count myself lucky because at least I received something.

I actually received my product as ordered, and it was quite nice. It was from China though and did take 3 weeks. The website is deceiving.

Always check with the better business bureau (www.bbb.com) when shopping online. It is a website that will tell you if there have ever been any complaints with the company that you are going to buy from. This company has already has 7 complaints with the BBB in the past 12 months. The people that report them to the BBB, the better the chance that they will be shut down. REPORT THEM!

Please do not buy anything from this site. It is a total scam. If you have ordered something please place a complaint with the FTC. I have and if more people do then they can try and shut these people down. Also do not visit nbashoestore.com; totalshox.com; hotfrog.com; edgefans.com; and sunshox.com they are all the same company!

The product sucks, the customer service sucks, you are wasting your money and your time. They won't answer your emails or your phone calls. You are stuck with something of poor quality and nothing you can do about it. Do not buy anything, it is a scam!

I don't know if i know where to start with these people. So far everything that everyone else has said is totally true. However, i realized quickly that they were trying to scam me and used this site to jump on it right away and do something about it. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED you need to keep on them. I sent them multiple emails daily threatening to report them and turned to vulgar and demeaning words to get a response. It works they gave me at least a real tracking number and finally responded. You need to file a dispute immediately and don't give up on it like i did. Give these people hell and let them know your not a push over. Demand satisfaction and at least walk away with your pride. You can get a premier nhl jersey for fifty dollars more at shop.nhl.com and you can absolutely with out a doubt trust that site especially with coupon codes you can find online to get an even better deal. retailmenot.com is great for the codes. Stay away from overbestmall.com and ebay sellers from china selling jerseys (for the most part). The saying you get what you pay for really applies to buying these jerseys. Over all overbestmall.com can sit and spin.

Ordered a jersey for a gift on 12/16. Paid extra to have it by christmas. Thankfully i paid by paypal because that is the only way i was able to track down "overbestmall.com". This company is in china. They do not give any indication of this on their website. They do not send confirmation emails, their contact info on their website is non existent. There are no "live customer service reps" to chat with. My jersey was supposedly mailed from china on 12/26. (like i said i had paid extra to have it by christmas). Today is 1/4 and i still have no jersey. They called me only after i filed a complaint with paypal and ordered me to cancel my complaint, which i did not.

When I signed up for an account to order from them it said I already had an account. The info that showed up was someone else so I just typed up any email address and made a password and it show someone elses account, shouldn't that be private, try it to see if the same thing happens to you. I tried with 3 different accounts and it gave me 3 diffrent peoples orders that included address and what they ordered. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE OF THIS PRIVACY ISSUE.

This website promises a delivery time but do not know how to track and order. They seem to be a very small operation in China that doesn't have enough understanding of how to handle problem resolution.

This website is a scam... they will take your money. If you have purchased from them... Notify your bank. All of their positive reviews are orchestrated by them and they are not located within the US, as the site leads you to believe. Don't get taken! And help get them removed from the internet and brought to justice.

This site is a scam. You will not receive the confirmation email and the "customer service" number just rings and rings. It is a New York number that is linked to dozens of other sites that are likely scams as well. There is no clue this company is tied to China until you pay.

I think this is rediculous how they can keep ripping people off and there is nothing you can do about it. Theey are huge the jersey itself looks nice but the web site is phony you can't call any numbers they give you and they log off on the service chat online because even though the web site says you can return it you can't. This has been the worst experience of my life and should be illegal. Deffinately do not use this wb site they are theifs!

THIS IS A SCAM website. They lead you on but you never get your merchandise. I had a login to check my order and once I raised hell about it not coming, they removed my login info and the scam webpage they were using... dandyjersey.com. It's just another version of overbestmall.com. Don't be fooled, don't use!
