T N. how did you pay nochex?

T N. my bank has a section for disputing charges. it could be worth a go. in any case, sorry to hear this. i actually read a comment the other day from someone recommending nochex. weird!

Stuart K. I've been in contact with them, but their t&c's do state (indirectly) that they are not liable in this situation. I can't get hold of seller so Nochex are the only people I can speak to and I suppose I'm taking my anger out on them. The real concern I have is that this 'family' may be repeating this with others for far greater sums of money. I didn't lose much, I'm just annoyed at being a victim.

Stuart K. T.N Thanks for the advice. I'll look into it but as I say, not too concerned about the money, more the injustice. Glad I found this site and can converse with people like yourself who've been there.
