After ordering 2 pairs of bridesmaids shoes (which were actually very nice but unfortunately the bridesmaids thought they might be too high to wear all day) I returned them following the instructions on the returns form which was e-mailed to me. That was over 1 month ago. I am now £50 out of pocket and being ingnored by WSO. I was patient and waited the advised 30 days for a refund, however 5 weeks on I have sent numerous e-mails asking for information regarding my refund but have still had no response. Despite their website saying that they aim to respond to e-mails within 24 hours - I have been ignored for nearly 3 weeks. I have no idea how to go about getting back the money they have failed to return. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

love this site, received my order quickly and they are FAB. SO full of Bling I ma going to be the best bride ever. Great service no problems.

Absolutley love this site, recieved my shoes in a few days and they are FAB, I am going to be the best bride ever. My shoes are so full of Bling I can't help smiling just thinking about them. Really pleased with everything about my shoes, price delivery and pleasant communication.

Never received shoes and not had any response from 2 weeks of emailing them. They will just rip you off. Avoid

Bad customer service. There is no phone number to call, only a mobile to text. When you get a response (which takes a while!) you only receive half a message. Sent a message to chase a delivery. They said that it had been sent 2 weeks previous, and when it finally arrived, the postmark was from the day of chasing. Avoid like the plague.
On the plus side, the shoes were reasonable for the price. If the customer service was fixed, this would have been a five star review.

OWS S. As we use a prepaid stamping system it is not date stamped the date you will have seen is Royal Mails date stamp as it goes thru their system and NOT ours. Royal Mail have 15 working days following the date of posting to deliver all items including 1st class recorded delivery items. Unfortunately 1st class doesn't offer a guaranteed time scale and although usually do get delivered within a few days that is not guaranteed, and from experience of sending out high volumes of post Royal Mail do encounter timely delays more than expected.

As the chief bridesmaid being one of 5 bridesmaids who all ordered their shoes individualy from onlineweddingshoes, we must have been the worst customers from hell. We all had to decide on what shoes we wanted but tehy all had to match and the bride had to agree to our choice. Between us we had to exchange 3 of the pairs for different sizes but found their patience to endless. With endless patience, great value for money, and a vast choice what we thought would be a mammoth task to accomadate all our choices, the whole experience was made as easy as possible.

Between us we are already planning the next wedding and with out a doubt will be using online wedding shoes to get all out shoes from again.

Would definatley recommend

T N. i'm not sure if this site looks any better, design-wise than the other site you mentioned. but at least it has legitimate contact information.
