This company has the absolute worst customer service hands down that I have ever experienced with any vendor. I ordered a piece of furniture that never arrived and after weeks of leaving messages that were never returned I ordered the same exact product from Amazon and received it in in 48 hours. When I requested a refund by email (again, no one ever answers the phone or returns any voice messages) I finally received a response stating that my order would not be refunded without "written confirmation" from the store that they approved the refund. Of course they never sent approval of the refund, after at least a dozen emails that were not returned I am highly suspicious that this is not a legitimate business. There are a number of other similar reviews out there online. DO NOT order anything from this company if you can possibly avoid it

Our company order 2 curio cabinets from them in June. It is now November and we still have not received them. There have been all kinds of stories. The company was making them after we ordered them. They were made and they are at a 3rd party shipping facility but they haven't been released for shipment. Oh and they charged our credit card back in June. Don't most websites wait until the product has shipped before charging you?

I ordered a pair of boots they arrived in a speedy fashion but for different reasons did not like. Called customer service and very quickly and nicely helped me get the return label at no additional cost to me. Full money back. Very, very happy. Will not hesitate to order again if satisfaction is that easy. Customer Service gets a thumbs up.

One year and one month later, still no desk. Out $600+

Since I placed my order, I am concerned that I never received a confirmation. Two weeks after placing my order, I called all three listed phone numbers, and was informed they ALL were out of service. Two emails that I sent have gone unanswered. It appears that they are not a legitimate business.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM. YOU ARE ALL CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Here is why you are the worst business in America:

I purchase a table October 17th. My confirmation states you will deliver 2 to 3 business days. 4 weeks roll around with no table. No big deal. I call you to find the status thinking you may be backed up (no big deal). I was told I do not even have an order with you guys so I send over my receipt confirmation stating otherwise. So some idiot tries to cover that "my table is on back order and it will get to you shortly." They said they would rush ship it and may take 5 to 7 business days. To save you wonderful readers time, through 6 weeks of phone calls wondering what is going on, I finally receive my table.
Now for the finale. I finally receive my table; Im happy... BIG $#*! DIVOT IN THE TOP OF MY TABLE! They dont take back damaged goods. They dont know how to properly run a business. I fixed the table and my fiance was happy with her birthday present almost 4 months after her birthday.
DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE STORE INC. They are a garbage company.

I ORDERED A BOOKCASE FROM ONLINESTORESINC., THEIR POLICY STATED THAT FULL RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS. WELL, I RECEIVED THE BOOKCASE WITHIN ONE WEEK, AND OFCOURSE IT WAS NOT GOOD, SO I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY REPLIED THAT I MUST E-MAIL THEM. SO I DID, WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY IT IS NOW 60 DAYS AND I STILL HAVE THIS BOOKCASE I CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITH IT. THEY ARE IGNORING MY E-MAILS AND WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ON OLINE STORE. THEY ARE VERY BAD AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR STATEMENTS.

Excellent service, received my bedroom set on time and as promised. Will be back!
