The UK Electoral Roll Online Searches

I purchased one month's search at £3.25 - seemed reasonable cost. Tested my own name and another person, both of us on the electoral roll. Apparently we don't exist which makes me wonder about the results that did come up.
I've e-mailed twice and left ansaphone message but no reply. There will not be one judging from other reviews - wish I'd read them first.
It seems like a scam.

I too have unfortunately had dealings with this site and am just battling to get a refund. Wish I had seen this before I signed up with them. I will be taking matters further with a solicitor now that I have seen this lot.

I signed up in April 2012 for 12 months at a cost of £52.00 I cannot even find myself on the UK electoral roll! The company responded to my email by saying you are not on electoral roll. I cannot get a refund or any further responses to my emails. They appear to have moved to Hatton Garden in London now. How can we get this website closed down! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

Don't even think about using this company which is registered at a shady mail post box, unless you happen to like lies and deceit.

Do not use this website, take your money thats for sure.Do not get any info! Comes up This website being updated you will be in credit when back up and running but you dont! I KNOW!

onlinesearches.info, yes they are very good at taking your money but i have not been able to get a search anything, so basically all they do is take your money thats it, its crap, lucky i only subscribed for one month

No service has been given - I wish I had seen other peoples comments on the services provided (or not provided as the case maybe) by the web site The UK Electoral Roll On line Searches. I have made my purchase for 1 months access to the UK electoral register. My money has been taken but despite my numerous phone calls and emails I have STILL not received any communication from this site. It appears that the site is open for puchases and subscriptions but doesn't appear to be open for anything else! I have put in complaints to various organisation in the hope that this site will be investigated and shut down. It is NOT providing the service it is advertising!
