Oneworldroleplay

OneWorldRoleplay is a site mainly devoted to roleplayers, although it does allow real life accounts as well. I have numerous accounts there (over a hundred at least) and I find the site to be nearly perfect. Updates happen every so often and we're always told beforehand. For huge updates, we are sent a message to make sure everyone knows exactly what will happen. The admins are amazing. They are courteous, trustworthy, positive, fair and generous. They never say hurtful things or hack users' accounts like some sites have been known to do. They allow suggestions and encourage users input. They read and respond to everything they are sent. If there are conflicts, the admins sometimes even interfere to sort things out, fairly. There is no censorship, although they do request that naked or overly sexual images not be your display image (you can upload them, just do not use it as your main image). They offer a list of sites and accounts to help you out with your page (layouts and such). When it comes to privacy, the site could use some work. While pages can be made private, if people really want to and know how, they can see your photos and comments even if they are not your friend. I believe this will be corrected soon as there has been word of a major update coming. Other users are typically friendly. Those who have problems with eachother most likely did before switching to this site (from another such as MySpace). There are times when there is zero people online, and times when there are over a hundred, but no matter how many people are on, speed is still relatively fast. There are some times when there are hanging issues or slowness but these are rare and usually clear up within an hour if not sooner. If you have used MySpace in the past and miss the simplicity of it, and the user control, give this site a try. I doubt you'll regret it.
