This month I made an order in this company they seemed to have a big catalogue, and providing a safe place to shop online. This is something I do quite often most of what I buy is done online I always take my time to check the websites and company, but I guess with time I became overconfident with shopping online. I am posting my whole experience so others to do the same mistake.
I have ordered a desk with this company, instead of confirming the delivery date with me through email they phoned me, and promised delivery on 18/2/2011 to my address. I queried the company through email, but i never got a reply, i decided to phone them and they claimed that a delivery was attempted and a message was left on my answer machine about it. To redeliver the desk they will have to charge me £16.xx. When in fact no one knocked at my door (since i have two dogs they would have barked like they always do when someone knocks) they never left a card of attempted delivery. I confronted the man by the name Stewart Rae about it and he said that the company policy and he continued to claim that to proceed with another delivery I would have pay this charge. I decided to cancel the order when this was told to me, this person that is supposed to be the manager, claimed that i would have to pay this charge even that I have not received the order.
I also asked what courier was, and the answer given was that it is the company policy to no disclose it. Since it was starting to become obvious that they never even shipped the item, I requested again the consignment number and company so I could pick it up myself from the courier depot, but I got the same reply, that is not the company policy to do disclose this information.
I decided to make so research on this company and i found out that the two registered addresses are quite strange in fact the one in Dumfries DG1 4TA

If you clicked on this link and attempt to see on street view or on satellite it doesn't seem to have any business park or whatsoever besides the university of Glasgow, and where next to the school agriculture in field where by looking at google maps doesn't seem to have any buildings or any business park or whatsoever.
The second address in rochdale points to a house in a residential area.

For a company with such a big catalogue having a bogus address and residential home for contact number is quite strange. Their customer service has a strange busy noise in the background noise of a busy office but only when you speak with the so called manager.
The company has two websites with a massive catalogue, but when looking up for the company online in http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/4fc1a60fe1e0e1ca7f54e9190159ed03/compdetails it seems to be quite a small company.
There is too many quirks surrounding this company please avoid them at all costs, there customer service is terrible there is no consideration or respect towards the costumers.
PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

They took my money and haven't delivered anything at all.
They never ring back when they say they will. Infact they don't ring back at all. And who knows how many other people they've done it to.
They shouldn't be allowed to trade online and especially have the top slot on a google search. bad bad and pants.
